I had a deflating tire and called the dealership. The receptionist I talked to told me to come right over. This is the 2nd Lexus we have owned. (Our first one now has over 100,000 miles on it.) They are fabulous vehicles but, if it's possible that Lexus can top their quality cars with even better customer service, mission accomplished! In the 11 years we've had our 2 Lexus SUVs (the first purchased in California), we have always had outstanding customer service. From the time I make that first phone call until I'm walking out the door of the dealership and driving out of the parking lot, I've always been treated with the utmost respect. (Jeff Kidwell was wonderful.) I'm not the most patient person in the world and there is just about nothing that irritates me more than long waits but when I'm inside the Lexus customer lounge there's something about the overall atmosphere that makes me feel like I'm in a luxurious hotel lobby with enough amenities available to work on other things during the wait. And then, knowing when I do leave, the service has been completed by competent employees.... well, what can I say?... there are a whole lot of businesses out there that could learn from you. Bill Vogel, the Service Consultant, was very polite, professional, and knowlegeable. He was able to explain the likely problems with my brake system, and the reason for the shimmy I was getting when bra professional, and knowlegeable. The brake work Lexus performed corrected the problem, and I was able to use a loaner vehicle to return home during the work. More

All was good except for the $250 auto detailing AUTOMATICALLY applied to my 60,000 mile servie checkup. When my husband questioned this charge, he was pressured into accepting the charge as it was AUTOMATICALLY applied to my 60,000 mile servie checkup. When my husband questioned this charge, he was pressured into accepting the charge as it was a "part" of the 60,000 mile checkup and the car would be like new. It didn't matter that the $250 charge was in ADDITION to the 60,000 service charge. When my husband called me to see if I had requested this service, I explained this was the first I knew of it, and we declined the auto detailing at this exorbitant price. I felt the act of automatically applying this charge to my bill was classless and demeaning for a luxury Lexus dealer. I was very disappointed in this sales tactic. On the flip side Don was friendly and efficient. The work was done expediently and I appreciated the loaner car. More
I had an excellent experience at Kuni Lexus. Before walking in the door, I knew I wanted to buy a new car, but was not looking forward to the experience of having to work with a sales person based on p walking in the door, I knew I wanted to buy a new car, but was not looking forward to the experience of having to work with a sales person based on previous experiences (none with Lexus). I was expecting the sales associate to be pushy and up-sell every feature on the car. I was pleasantly surprised working with Bill, he was very knowledgeable about the car, was honest, and did not push anything onto me. He answered questions about competitors and was transparent about features that BMW and Subaru had as well as Lexus. In the end the honesty brought me back, plus I absolutely love the car I bought and know it was the right choice. More
When car was returned to me the hood was not latched down. I did not notice this until I got on I25 and saw the hood quivering as I increased speed. Fortunately, the hood did not fly up but the potent down. I did not notice this until I got on I25 and saw the hood quivering as I increased speed. I called the service folks and told them of this issue. They were appropriately chagrin about the error. More
Jeff Valley is a very thorough and professional service representative. Even in his absence on the day I picked up my vehicle all the arrangements had been made in advance and everything went smoothly. T representative. The service was excellent and met my expectations; however, the "detail" in the interior detailing, which I thought was a little pricy, was not as thorough as I had hoped. The major areas i.e. floor mats, leather seats, etc. looked great while the dash board and gauges were still dusty and finger printed. More
