But for some reason once we got there didn't give two xxxxs, he had NO idea even where we were from.. He then preceded to talk to My mom sister, and I like we were the dumbest red-necks ever, like we didn't have enough money, or even the right to be there. He has a very dumb way of approaching selling cars- given Lexus in some way does sell its self, but who would wanna buy from someone like that! It's called respect- and if you don't understand that or can't muster up the courage to be a decent guy, then it's called KISSING xxx! I mean at least pretend to care! Might do you some good!! ANYWAYS- While test driving the car he treated my mom like she had NEVER drove ANYTHING before, and was VERY CONTROLLING about everything (from having our windows up/down to having the sunroof cover open/closed)- also had numerous WRONG facts about the car because he simply wasn't listening to question at hand. After having just about enough of this guy- and thinking about switching salesman,(which we fully know is unethical) we decided to just take a breather and get some lunch. You could tell in his book that was unacceptable.. he wasted another 30min of our time showing us cars we weren't even interested in. Ones out of our price, and nothing like we wanted! While at lunch he called about 20min into eating to ask where we were and when we were coming back- when we specifically told him we had plans with family, we will be back when we get back! I have never had to be so specific with a car sales man before- he wanted the exact time we would be back, and tried to set that time for us. I DON'T THINK SO! We're not idiots- within our family we have bought and sold many cars/houses. We know what we're doing. I will say this tho you guys had a VERY good rating- we heard great things. And that's why we chose to drive all the way up to see you guys, with EVERY intention of paying cash and driving the car home. We are not hard people to sell a car too, with a lil respect and a good personality we would have been buying and telling all of our friends what a great place you have, with such wonderful people...that wont be happening now tho.. Bill has completely ruined your name.... Our cousin saw first hand how he was when she came down to Lexus after lunch.. she couldn't believe it either. Bill lied to us on my occasions- from gas mileage on the cars, to how much ours was worth (when we had another dealership give us a price about 3thousand more than your idiot did.) You all also preceded to tell us we had not had 2-3 different things that were never serviced on our car...BUNCH OF xxxxxxxx - we had a different place check it out and said 1. you cant tell that by just driving it that that "wasn't" done, 2. it WAS done... Also after driving back into the lot from lunch we noticed the EXACT car we had been looking for- another salesman had it and was showing it to a family that showed up WAY after us. (good thing ONE of your people know what he's doing) I mean it's a small lot! Know your inventory!! We are all very disappointed and pissed off with the service we barely received! With that said we still proceeded to sit down and talk numbers in order to go home with the car WE HAD TO GO FIND. He wasted our day, our time and our gas. Barely tried to work with us- WHICH WAS HIS JOB AS A SALESMAN! And let us walk out the door.. Of course we offered a lower asking price, just wanting him to meet us half way.. he didn't care about trying to sell the car, all he wanted was a refinance outta the deal- and i can't even count how many times we told him that wasn't going to happen! On our way home we went down to a different Lexus dealer in Denver! (which he told us did't exist) and WOW- WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Complete 180! They were wonderful! And preceded to tell us how you guys send them a lot of customers. So for that id like to say THANK YOU! Cause they sure do deserve the business! More
Once again I know why I now own a Lexus, actually two Lexi, instead of BMW. I owned one of those German engineering "marvels" for three years and struggled through most of the experience, mainly because Lexi, instead of BMW. I owned one of those German engineering "marvels" for three years and struggled through most of the experience, mainly because I needed so many repairs done by a service staff that difficult and argumentative about each request. By contrast, the welcoming attitude, professionalism and attention to detail provided by Kuni Lexus sales and service people is superb! I also see a significant difference in the tone and demeanor of customers coming to Kuni for service vs. those at the local BMW dealer. Owners driving into BMW for service were usually cranky and argumentative, probably for good reason. Lexus owners seem much happier with their vehicles and with the service and attention they receive, especially at Kuni. Keep up the good work! More
I loved coming to Kuni for my 120,000 mile checkup. They were very polite, and I was very pleased with everything but one...the washing of the vehicle. I was told that it would be washed, and detailed, but were very polite, and I was very pleased with everything but one...the washing of the vehicle. I was told that it would be washed, and detailed, but the only thing I got was an outside wash. The mats were not even picked up to vacuum under them, and the dash board had so many figerprints and dust on it that I was surprised. Even when I take my car to "AutoWash" they do a better job of washing and vacuuming my car. I was told that it would be done at the end of the day, but it was not, so I did have to arrange my schedule to come back the next day. It really wasn't a problem, since I did have a loaner car. That, I thought was a very nice service. Jeff was very informative on the work that was being done, and call to explain it and didn't try to "sales pitch" me into doing any work that could be delayed for a while. I do appreciate that and will recommend Kuni to my friends, but I just wish that I could have had a cleaner car when I picked it up. More

This was my first experience with this dealership having moved to Colorado from Illinois. I've always found Lexus service to be very good and this was no exception. An update was given half way through to give me an opportunity to make adjustments to the work being done. I will definitely return again and would highly recommend the dealership to a friend. More
I called Friday telling the rep that my sound system and blue tooth system were inop. She advised that I could come over to have both problems addressed in an hour. That was great. I went over, explained my problems, a driver gave me a ride to a local restaurant for lunch. I called the driver to pick me up, I waited a while and the two systems were fixed. I was told that the stereo system had to be reset so all was now working. My car was washed and off I went. My only criticism is that when I got home I noticed grease marks on my driver door, the driver's seat and the passenger door. I am guessing that while working on the sound system/blue tooth someone's foot hit these three areas. I used some orange multi purpose cleaner to get the marks out. Not a big deal to me - to others you might get an earful. More

I had a deflating tire and called the dealership. The receptionist I talked to told me to come right over. This is the 2nd Lexus we have owned. (Our first one now has over 100,000 miles on it.) Woul receptionist I talked to told me to come right over. This is the 2nd Lexus we have owned. (Our first one now has over 100,000 miles on it.) Wouldn't do anything differently. They are fabulous vehicles but, if it's possible that Lexus can top their quality cars with even better customer service, mission accomplished! In the 11 years we've had our 2 Lexus SUVs (the first purchased in California), we have always had outstanding customer service. From the time I make that first phone call until I'm walking out the door of the dealership and driving out of the parking lot, I've always been treated with the utmost respect. (Jeff Kidwell was wonderful.) I'm not the most patient person in the world and there is just about nothing that irritates me more than long waits but when I'm inside the Lexus customer lounge there's something about the overall atmosphere that makes me feel like I'm in a luxurious hotel lobby with enough amenities available to work on other things during the wait. And then, knowing when I do leave, the service has been completed by competent employees.... well, what can I say?... there are a whole lot of businesses out there that could learn from you.
