This was was my first visit to the new facility in Greenwood Village. Everyone at Kuni Lexus is top notch and fantastic to work with. They truly take care of their clients. I would recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle take a look at Kuni Lexus not only for the fantastic vehicles Lexus makes but also for the customer service you will receive from the moment you walk in until the time you buy your fifth or sixth Lexus from Kuni. We agreed on a price for the 2001 Ls 430, I applied my initials. We agreed on a price for my trade-in. They made me wait and wait while they prepared the closing documents. I was the last customer on a Saturday night and the doors were closing. In my rush to get out the door for a long drive home in my newly acquired LS 430, I initialed and signed everything at the places indicated, after-all, we had agreed to a price and a trade-in price. I wrote them a check. Only the next day, did I realize they had cheated me. We agreed on a $10,100 purchase price, total. They offered me $1,200 from my trade-in. On the papers, buried in the stack, they instead inflated the purchase price to $11,300 and then took out the trade-in. This is wrong They orchestrated this misunderstanding in their favor. I did not catch this mistake buried in the fast-talking ritual of closing. They must have done this before and I am sure they will do it again if given a chance. They pulled a fast-one and I was a trusting, gullible buyer. I feel swindled out of my trade-in amount. This is my fault for assuming they were going to treat me as a valued customer, not an easy mark with a checkbook. It is not about the money, it is about feeling cheated and how they take money from customers unfairly. It is a valuable lesson to my kids and the readers of this review. Was it worth it to their reputation? I would expect this from a dealership on Colfax (the ones surrounded by razor wire), but not an established Lexus dealer with a reputable name. This was as pleasurable an experience in buying a car in all the years of making purchases. An unsual event in that we had just purchased a new Lexus CT2000 24 days ago. My wife drove it in our first Colorado snow storm of the year and was scared out of her seat at the lack of traction in the light weight hybrid. With winter just starting here it would not work to have my wife in an unsafe car. Frank and Jack with the help of thier manager Mike helped minize the effect of the deprectiation we just experienced driving the new car off the lot. It had only 600 miles on it but we took a $5000 hit. We traded up to a new RX450H which is way more car but Jack was so knowlegable about the upgrade it convinced us this was the right choice. My mistake for not doing my research on the CT in the first place but these guys made it as painless as possible and we have clearly a better vehicle now. I'd recommed any of these guys and this dealership any day. More

Outstanding service from this gentleman!!!! It all started with him:)). He introduced my to Cindy Holter who was a perfect fit for me. Everyone from the manager, estimator, sales, service to my lesson on how to operate the car with Branndon was curteous and professional I am so pleased with My RX350 and consider the folks I dealt with my new Lexus family. Thank you all for your time, effort and knowledge displayed to me during the sales process.!!!!! Kuni Lexua exceeded my expectations!! I'm from Virginia traveling the country for a couple months. My 2001 Lexus was towed to Kuni from Ogallala NE when it stopped on I-80. I ended up spending 3 Virginia traveling the country for a couple months. My 2001 Lexus was towed to Kuni from Ogallala NE when it stopped on I-80. I ended up spending 3 days, mostly at Kuni, trying to figure out what to do. Britany answered the phone when I initially called and got the ball rolling. Each time I entered the showroom she checked to make sure everything was going ok. Traves took over the service end. Once my car arrived he immediately had it checked out. Turned out the motor was shot and not worth fixing. He was very thorough in walking me through what happened. When I got a new to me car, it turned out it had been serviced with you so he could look up what was needed -- which wasn't much. Zachery helped me twice when I was getting all the things from one car to another - always cheerful, always willing to do whatever I needed. If I had to say who among all the helpful staff at Kuni was most helpful, it was Jack Chung. Even before my car arrived I met with him as I thought I may have totaled my car. When I couldn't find what I wanted at Kuni, he began looking elsewhere helping me understand what Carfax was saying. I found what I was looking for at Carmax and I called Jack to make sure there was nothing similar at Kuni. He said there was nothing and that I was getting a great car. Once I got my car, Ed & Ian helped me with accessories. After I bought what I thought I needed they helped install them and show me car features I wasn't aware of. I felt as though I was in the middle of that wonderful holiday movie, Miracle on 34th Street. I spent less than a $1,000 over those 3 days with you yet you'd think I bought 2013 Lexus. Every single person went above and beyond. Kuni turned what could have been a disaster into feeling as though I'd known you forever. You can rest assured I will continue to tell everyone how wonderful they are! More

I bought a Lexus 350RX from Kuni Lexus on 05-22-12. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I put off buying a new car for a year because I dreaded the process. From the time I entered the dealer, every person I came in contact with was both friendly and professional. My salesman was Mark Larson. He was great to deal with and made the process easy. As a single female, I expected the dealer would try to take advantage of me but that never happened. I am more than happy with the price I paid for my new car and I absolutely love my new car! The car I traded in was a Jaguar and I am surprised to say I enjoy driving the Lexus more than the Jaguar (and I loved my Jag). More
