I felt like I was in good hands with this dealership, even before I got there! The Honda Pilot (that was once a trade-in) I had hoped to purchase seemed to be a truly good value. Many things were done to it to bring it up to High Standards. New timing belt and rear brakes with resurfaced rear discs, replaced brake fluid, a new windshield, new wipers all around, alignment of off-center steering wheel and full fluid service. The Pilot also had a good detailing, so it felt good to be in and drive. I was assured by Dave Nichols that Kuni Lexus does not release cars with Any safety issues, so that's why all that attention was given to it. It was a first class experience to be there and I truly enjoyed talking with Dave and Mike Parmakian who were both low-keyed, nice gentlemen and the best one could hope for in car sales. I was also impressed with Richi Carni and the effort he made to find me a good, reasonable loan with decent terms. When I told a friend about buying my Honda at a Lexus Dealership and the fine experience it was, he said something like: "You gotta go downtown if you want the downtown treatment!". Kuni Lexus may not be "downtown" geographically, but they really do treat you right, whether you're buying an 8 year old Honda Pilot, or an LS 600h L Performance Hybrid! On a parting note, my just-purchased Pilot got a final spiff-up from the detailing department and a full tank of fuel before I rolled away. That left me feeling well-cared for. P.S. My own mechanic in Pine, Colorado confirmed everything and stated: "You've got a winner here" after doing a post-purchase inspection. The dealership did not allow a drive-away pre-purchase inspection on this used Honda Pilot. I'm glad it really was up to par, as promised. More

Bill Vogel is a very nice person with which to deal, he is very straightforward, answers questions, and makes sure that you understand what service will be done. He was "worried" that my loaner had not been washed (light snow the day before). We thought the vehicle needed brakes, expected that to be done, fortunately brakes were not needed and they told us so. Service done in a timely manner, and they let me drive a hybrid loaner so I could see how it functioned. Great job guys! New facility is wonderful--if all Lexus dealers are like this one, I am surprised that Lexus is not the number one selling luxury vehicle in the world. More

I always expected great service when I bought a new Lexus in 2007, but the service I received exceeded my greatest expectations. I brought my SC430 in when I had a battery problem, after I bought a replaceme in 2007, but the service I received exceeded my greatest expectations. Jeff Valley spoke with his management team, and not only reimbursed me for the battery I bought, but installed a battery charger so when I left my car for long periods of time I could hook it up to the charger to keep it in great shape. Then, after a couple of years in my Lexus it developed a rattle in the passenger seat. I was hesitant to even ask for help... I mean, a rattle in an aging car. Jeff, at Kuni Lexus took my car, removed the passenger seat, and found and repaired the rattle (while I enjoyed a brand new Lexus loaner vehicle). Whenever I bring my Lexus in for service I'm greeted at the door and Jeff Valley comes to take care of my every need, He even makes sure my magnetic US Flag is safely removed when my car goes through their carwash. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive by Jeff and the team at Kuni Lexus, not to mention their great customer lounge and refreshments and amenities if I decide to wait for my car. However Zach gave me a call to let me know what was going on and a time frame for everything to be completed. They went above and beyond keeping me up to date on what was going on with my car.
