T My wife and I purchased a new Lexus es h Hybrid on May 31st 2014. From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew this was a very special place. The ambiance, customer lounge, customer service and selection of vehicles was outstanding. We were greeted promptly and first were shown the showroom and all the bells and whistles it had to offer and then we were off on a test drive. All cars are kept indoors in a type of parking garage facility. This prevents weather damage and also the cars stay very clean. Lauren Roybal, our test drive associate explained all of the features of the Lexus es Hybrid and answered all of our questions regarding the operation of the car. After the test drive, we then met our sales specialist Greg Stanton. In a very friendly way, he described the options of the car we wanted to purchase and pricing. After a few back and forth's we agreed on a price. Thom Trumble in Finance was also very friendly and described various payment options and aftermarket warranty packages. In a short amount of time we were signing the papers and own this very beautiful car. Megan Giordano, a Lexus technology expert made sure that we knew most of the features and buttons and accessories that our new car had before we drove off the lot. Not only that, Megan arranged to come to our home and spend another hour and a half going over all the features our car had and believe me, this car has a lot of technology to it. In conclusion, I would gladly refer a friend or family member to Kuni Lexus. I think we got a fair price on the car and also a fair price on our trade in. I couldn't be more happy with their service. I get excellent service for our car from t The ONLY technicians that do ANYTHING on our Lexus are located at Kuni Lexus, Greenwood Village, Colorado. I get excellent service for our car from the service team. Bill Vogel is the Service Consultant we started with in 2010 and see mostly. Naturally, I have worked with other consultants and they provided excellent service as well. My most recent visit required a 15,000 mile (yes, it has low mileage. I confess, it's really my wife's car) interval service which included an oil and filter change, cabin filter inspection, tire rotation and some other stuff I can't remember. I was mildly disappointed that I was given a loaner car. That means I get to run around town taking care of errands. But, but, but...I get to spend less time at Kuni's awesome dealership. Go see it for yourself! I did go to their customer lounge (upstairs) and had my favorite cup of delicious coffee and a warm muffin served by a Barista. Then I went to run my errands in a 2013 version of our ES 350. Later, when I returned to check out and to pick up our nicely washed car I learned all the scheduled service had been completed and that the cabin filter only needed to be cleaned. Now come on. I have owned and bought many new cars from dealers in various states and am here to tell you that the cabin filter would have been on my service ticket as a REPLACEMENT. You see, it doesn't take much to make me happy. Just honest, friendly, excellent service and a cup of coffee. I really enjoy each and every visit to Kuni. This is a long winded review which I wanted to share. More

It is always such a pleasant experience, whether you are waiting for the service to be completed, or I recently bought my 2002 430 SC in for service. It is always such a pleasant experience, whether you are waiting for the service to be completed, or picking up a "free" replacement vehicle while the repairs are being made. The service department always promptly notifies you when the service is complete. The final charges always comply with estimate that they provide at the time of drop off, and they consistently "fix it right" the first time. Moreover, their beautiful and functional location is much closer to my home making it much easier to avail myself of their excellent service. More

This was a remarkable experience which illustrates Kuni's commitment to customer satisfaction. I needed to have a costly switch replaced which had been troubling since just after my 50,000 mile warranty expired. Bill, went to his manager, Jared Thaut, and between them they gave me a "One Time Customer Satisfaction" and replaced the switch, compliments of Kuni Lexus. It is these kinds of examples of sincere concern for their customers (complimentary car washes, a barista in the customer lounge, superior maintenance service, emergency road assistance and on an on) that make us a Lexus family. Great Service Jeff was so great to work with. I clocked in at 8:45 for service. Jeff had me set up in a complimentary vehicle by 9:00. I took my 2 young kids wit Jeff was so great to work with. Jeff kept in touch with us regarding the items that needed service. He extended the complimentary vehicle to us over the weekend. When my car was ready for pick up the they gave it a car wash. Great Staff, great service. More
