By chance we came to Kuni and we had Bill Vogel take care of us. From that point forward we have had excellent service and support from Bill (and others) each time. Our most recent visits in July 2014 was no different. Not only were we greeted quickly but the whole experience was on time and as outlined. Bill communicated the need for front brake service (which we did) but provided a $50 discount that we did not know Kuni was offering. Great customer service. More

Most recently, I had occasion to work with a service writer named Zach Rodriquez and continue to be impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and follow-up that is soooo important to me when taking a car in for service. I first met Zach when I took delivery of my new car in October,2013 and he was relatively new to Lexus and was in the role of Delivery Specialist -- showing how all the features of the car worked or were initially set up. I am happy to see his growth within the company and as a service writer, his prior experiences as a mechanic clearly benefit the customer in his better communicating the recommended or performed services. The service was excellent, as usual, and I received advice on what I would need to do in the near future, i.e. tires in the next 5-10K miles. The detailing was beyond expectations. I have never had a car detailed that was as thorough and excellent as they did at Kuni Lexus. They cleaned every nook and cranny of my vehicle, it looks brand new! I would recommend their detailing to anyone that wants an extraordinary job done on their vehicle. More
