Snobbish I was looking to buy a used Lexus SUV. I was looking at cars that were priced sub 20k. I did not see a lot of professionalism on the part of the sales I was looking to buy a used Lexus SUV. I was looking at cars that were priced sub 20k. I did not see a lot of professionalism on the part of the salesman that I was dealing with - perhaps because I was not one of the typical high $ Lexus customer. I made an offer over the phone and the salesman responded that he would call me back in a few minutes. He did not call me in two days. I ended up buying a Certified Lexus RX350 from a different dealership in town where I had a very pleasant experience. I had to increase my budget a little bit, but I never felt unwelcome. The sad part is that I work across the highway from Kuni Lexus. It would have been convenient for me schedule service appointments with them. I would rather take my $ where I feel welcome. More
