I know he really worked hard to make the deal work, and I wanted to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It probably didn't hurt that I was prepared, having done my homework regarding what my trade was worth, and knowing the exact options my wife and I wanted, and those we didn't, but I have to say Kuni Lexus has done a great job with training their staff to listen and provide the best possible experience for customers, new or returning, in the purchase of a new vehicle. After the deal was signed, the staff then lavished plenty of time to train us on all the features of our new RX350 -- a daunting task, but one they fulfilled with enthusiasm and skill! We couldn't be more pleased with the car and the staff at the new Kuni location in Greenwood Village. More
