The waiting area has about every amenity you can think of-relaxing massage chairs, a coffee bar, delicious snacks, a work station with computers, and a lovely outdoor patio with a view of the mountains. I was almost disappointed when my car was done and it was time to leave! My car was return washed inside and out. I felt very pampered! More

Within minutes, I was on the road in a shiny new loaner. The next day, I got a call, a text and an email, letting me know my car was ready. When I arrived, I was greeted with my name in lights, and escorted to the waiting area. Before I was seated, I was called in, and on my way in less than 5 mintues. The gentlemen assisting me were friendly, and professional, giving me back a freshly washed car with a tank full of gas! I felt like royalty! More

Pre-owned Purchase I went to Kuni to return a parts purchase (full credit with absolutely no hassle). While there, I thought I'd take a look at a used Lexus they had advertised. My BMW had some issues and I wasn't sure they would take in in trade. We haggled some about that, but they gave me a good trade price, all things considered, and I drove away in the Lexus. My sale person -- Ray -- did a very good job, and all of the Kuni personnel I dealt with were first class professionals. This is a quality store.
