The after-sales support that has been promised is also exceptional and goes way beyond anything I have experienced in the past or expected when I made the decision to buy from Kuni Lexus. This is the third Lexus I've purchased. The first was from Kuni in 2003, the second from another Lexus dealer in Denver in 2006, and the third from Kuni, in their new location, just a few days ago. The improvement from 2003 to now is exceptional. They know what a luxury buyer is looking for and they know how to satisfy us. Additionally, they had the exact car including exterior color, interior color, and options that I wanted, on the lot and ready to go for me within a couple of hours of me saying yes, I'll purchase. As for my sales rep, Dave Nichols, I was referred to him by a trusted friend who also owns one of the most successful car repair shops in Castle Rock and, he's a Lexus owner. I was very impressed with Dave and still liked him even after negotiating for my car. I say that "tongue-in-cheek" but I've not always felt the same after dealing with other new car sales reps even for a Lexus. I wholeheartedly Dave if you go to Kuni. I promise another review in six to nine months after I've dealt with them for service and their additional "freebies" such as a free car wash any time, Monday through Saturday. The three Lexus cars that I've owned have never disappointed me or my wife; that's why we purchased another. I now expect Kuni Lexus to perform as well as my cars have and will share my experiences with you as I accrue them. More

A happy customer for 12 years!! I've had my RX300 serviced at Kuni Lexus for 11 years, before and after the Greenwood Village location and I've always had outstanding service! And I I've had my RX300 serviced at Kuni Lexus for 11 years, before and after the Greenwood Village location and I've always had outstanding service! And I've NEVER been broke down in those 11 years after having my recommended 5000 mile service checks, except once for an old battery. It still rides and drives just as good as the day I bought it 11 years ago!! Thank you Kuni Lexus!! And as my license plates say, "LUVMYRX"!!! All of the staff are extremely courteous and helpful with all of my questions. Though I've worked with many service consultants over the years, I have to admit Kevin Alexander is always outstanding!! He always goes over and above to take care of your service needs! Oh, and the new facility is wonderful. So comfy and cozy with a gorgeous view or our beautiful, majestic, mountains!! More

RECALL & EXTENDED WARRANTY WORK I WAS IN FOR THE FUEL SENSOR RECALL WORK & A COUPLE OF ITEMS TO REPAIR AND CHARGE TO AN EXTERNAL WARRANTY COMPANY. A FREE LOANER & COURTESY INSPECTIO I WAS IN FOR THE FUEL SENSOR RECALL WORK & A COUPLE OF ITEMS TO REPAIR AND CHARGE TO AN EXTERNAL WARRANTY COMPANY. A FREE LOANER & COURTESY INSPECTION WERE GIVEN. (A COPY OF THE INSPECTION WOULD BE NICE TO GIVE TO THE CUSTOMER) THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE SPECIFIED TIME. HOWEVER THE WARRANTY COMPANY DELAYED ON MAKING PAYMENT TO THE DEALERSHIP. MY SERVICE TECH JASON BURHART WAS PERSISTANT AND DELIGENT ABOUT ENSURING THEY COMPLIED WITH THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT AND ASURED ME I WOULD NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES. IT TOOK AN EXTRA WEEK FOR THE COMPANY TO ACCEPT FAULT FOR THE COMPUTER ACCOUNTING MISTAKES. IN THE MEAN TIME THE FREE LOANER MADE THE DELAY EASIER TO ACCEPT. KUNI LEXUS ALSO FILLED MY CAR'S GAS TANK.
