He not only knows me, he greets with a smile and remembers my personal quirks and preferences. There have been only 2 minor glitches over the years, and both were resolved quickly, exactly how I wanted, with no hesitation, AND with great loaner cars to further minimize the possibility of inconvenience. Really a stellar relationship with Jeff and the Kuni service department. More

He wanted to see the car I was telling him about that I saw in the parking lot My husband and I stopped at Kuni Lexus on I-25 and Belleview on a whim. He wanted to see the car I was telling him about that I saw in the parking lot at work. We went in and saw they car, saw it was a nice car but we weren't remotely interested in owing it. Loren had greeted us on our way in and pointed us in the direction of the cars for us to look at. Mind you, were were dressed more appropriately for yard work, not looking at luxury cars. I figured that was the last we'd see of Loren. As we were leaving my husband saw the NX200t and really liked it but we continued on our way out. Loren happened to see us as we were leaving and asked if we had questions. We did ask a few questions about the NX. Loren offered to send us the brochure for the vehicle as well as some other information on Monday via e-mail. We figured we'd never hear from him. We were wrong. Promptly by 9am Monday we had the promised information. We sent a few more questions and Loren talked us into a test drive. Well, that was all she wrote. We are now the proud owners of a 2015 NX200t. The customer service at the dealership was absolutely amazing. Everyone was wonderful and could not have been more accommodating. We left there feeling valued as a customer and look forward to a relationship with this dealership. More
Great service and fabulous showroom I took my newly purchased 2007 Lexus RX 350 for the 115K service which I purchased at auction in Colorado. The service rep Chris Konzin was courteous, professional, helpful, and advised on possible issues with the car. No pressure. He matched the price for the battery and agreed to match the price for the tires. The dealership amenities are exceptional. Top Notch. The service was also great. Learnt of the 2 leaks not detected by the auction mechanics. The pleasant surprise was the free over $40.00 in gas that they put in the car. I did not expect that they would fill up the gas tank. That is a class act. Great job Kuni Lexus. I only ask that you watch your prices. It would be nice if and when I do a price check the difference is either zero or not more than $20.00 differential. I will go for the leak repairs and for the tires soon. I happened to pass by the President's office. He happened to be a doing something with his phone and was very relaxed. It shows that he has a great team who are working for a common end to provide top notch service to customers. He had time to be doing something with his phone and not being harried in putting out fires. Great job. Keep it up. But watch your prices. Customers have tools to Check out prices nearly instantaneously through technology. More

My husband called and spoke with Van Saukam and we arranged to come in Tuesday. He was waiting for us and for the next 2-3 hours, he explained everything we ever wanted to know about the car. We are previous Lexus owners and knew that's what we wanted. We were kind of interested in the hybrid but heard many stories, so were not sure. Guess what - we bought a 2015 pearl white 450h. Van knew everything(I think) there was to know about the cars. We really appreciated his knowledge and insight into the cars. We know he's new to the dealership, all I have to say, you're lucky to have him. Archer Goodman, not only stayed late (so did Van) because we had to come back. He made buying this car and signing all these forms enjoyable. Both these men, loved working for Kuni-that says a lot for the dealership. Oh, by the way, the place is beautiful! More

Bad experience with Kuni used car salesman Yesterday I test drove a used car at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village and spent about 2 hours with salesman Danny Tyson, driving the car, reviewing the Yesterday I test drove a used car at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village and spent about 2 hours with salesman Danny Tyson, driving the car, reviewing the Carfax report, being schmoozed and treated to all the luxuries Kuni has to offer its customers. Danny is a charming and personable man. At several points in our meeting Danny told me how much he wanted me to have the car, assuring me that I didn't have to fear him selling it to anyone else but warning me that the other 15 salesmen would be trying to sell it also. Danny seemed to support my plan to have an independent evaluation done by my regular mechanic, which I attempted to arrange by phone before leaving Kuni. My mechanic was unable to look at the car yesterday, so I came home without it. This morning Danny called to ask my progress toward buying the car. I asked him if other people were interested in the car and he said "I'm hiding it for you". Within an hour I had scheduled the evaluation and called Danny. My call went to voicemail, where I left the message that I wanted to come for the car as soon as possible. When Danny finally called me back he told me that he, personally, had just sold the car to someone else. Being that it was a good car offered at a good price, I believe Danny would have had many later opportunities to sell the car without rushing to sell it while he knew I was actively working in the direction of buying it. Perhaps there was something about the car Danny did not want me to learn from my mechanic, or perhaps the transaction was simply not of sufficient value for Danny to feel any need to honor his assurances to me that he would not sell it to another. In any case, this was a very disappointing customer service experience. If Kuni bothers to respond to this review they will no doubt explain that they don't, and by law can't, hold cars for customers, as I've already been told by the used car sales manager. While I'm sure this is true, it's also true that they should not allow their representatives to tell customers otherwise." More

The price for the car I purchased was the same price as a number of different websites said it should be. Dutch did not pressure me in the business office and Bryson was awesome in getting me acquainted to my new vehicle. He even offered to come to my house and get my garage door opener synced! Marshal, my sales person was professional and followed up with me enough but not too much. He got to know me throughout the sales process and ended up recommending a car for me that was more appropriate to my needs. I can not say enough about my great experience! More
Awesome Place to Buy a Car Wow - car searching - well I was inbetween a variety of makes/models. I ended up a Kuni Lexus and bought a RX350 F-Sport. My sales person was Niki - Wow - car searching - well I was inbetween a variety of makes/models. I ended up a Kuni Lexus and bought a RX350 F-Sport. My sales person was Niki --- so ladies if you have never had a chance to work and test drive with a women -- pretty cool. Very knowledgable - and just different! After I purchased the car Bryson helped me set everthing up -and go over the details I needed to know - great guy --- funny! Dutch did the paperwork and Shawn did the numbers - which I will say he did not make you sit there forever - 5 -6 minutes and done - now you decide. I have to say I went into a BMW dealership - oh what the heck - Bill Murrey --had to pick up my kids so said please try to move this alone - well the sales guy was awesome but went up to desk and asked what's taking so long - you put some numbers in and that's that -- well - a guy behind the counter said -"we just don't put in numbers and it takes longer than 5 minutes - so if you don't like it then just leave" I said who are you - I am the Manager" Needless to say --- I did what he asked --- I left!! Seriously, a Manager - who hired you - so I am adding in this review -- come on over to Lexus - and stay away from BMW Bill Murrey ---- terrible - terrible. Felt so bad for the sales guy! Anyways, moving on --- if you have not been inside Kuni Lexus - OMG -- a movie theater - massage chairs - free bistro with some many things to eat and drink - you just have to see to believe. Everyone is so nice - may I get you anything ---not just throw a water at you - I mean anything - well just check out yourself when looking at cars --- you'll love all the people from front desk to closing the deal.
