The environment at Kuni is incredible. It is somewhere I actually look forward to going when my car is getting maintenance or a car wash (they're free by the way). Hungry or thirsty? Enjoy a freshly made cappuccino from the barista upstairs; maybe a warmed muffin or piece of fruit too. Just want to relax? Immerse yourself in the ultra-luxurious massage chair. Don;t want to miss the big game? Head to the theater room - it's nicer than most movie theaters. I could go on... I was never pressured or made uncomfortable by anyone, including and most notably by Van, my Sales Consultant. Van's knowledge and willingness to work with me at my pace were what made him stand out above all of the other salesmen I met with (Audi, Acura, Mercedes, and BMW). Van really knows his stuff, and did a great job assessing my interest level and speaking (just the right amount) to the points I was most interested in. Van never once tried to hard sell me. I actually felt like he wouldn't have sold me a car that wasn't the perfect fit for me, and my budget. Lexus makes a product which they (and I) truly believe in. The cars sell themselves; but if you have the opportunity to work with someone, I highly recommend Van Saukam. More

One Stop Car Shopping! As a previous Lexus owner, I was interested in trading in my current Lexus. In fact, as I was waiting for someone to help me decide on a vehicle I found Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village on my smart phone. It was very easy for me to say let me check out this other dealership in Denver. I wasn't given a reason to do business with the other dealership but as soon as I emailed Kuni of Greenwood Village I was online chatting with someone then was connected to Van Saukam. He is very attentive and probably one of the most knowledge car enthusiasts I have ever met. He respected my time and cut straight to the chase - the way I do business. I would highly recommend this dealership and Van Saukam to anyone looking for a new or resale vehicle. You can spend 10 hours on the internet trying to find the best deal. Well if you live in Denver or close by, they price their products based on the Market which we know may not be MSRP. The vehicle I selected was a resale sold through the certified pre-own program and it was listed with a great price to begin with - no haggling. More

After getting our keys, Tony Dupree was delightful in showing us the functionality of the car and Dutch Harris was very kind and patient with us as we signed all of the paperwork. Tony even put drinks and cookies in our car as it did take several hours to finalize everything and he must have known we needed it! I think what impresses me most was that all three gentlemen gave us their contact info and told us that we could text or call them at any time. The accessibility that we can reach them with any questions is what sets them apart from any other dealership I have been to. The theatre, massage chairs, and barista helps I guess too. More
