Kuni has an amazing facility that makes the customer experience one of a kind. Of course the product that is Lexus goes without saying! However no matter what great things a business offers they will always only be as good as their team members! Van truly represents what customer service should be and something that is rarely found in this day and age! Van also knows the product inside out and in general a vehicle enthusiast who is excited about what Lexus offers! It is refreshing to see someone who loves what they do! We purchased two brand new Lexus's from him on 1/30/2016 and the service from all employees was outstanding! Also loved working with Curtis the GSM and Archie the Business Manager! Michelin was very helpful in going over all the numbers and options with the different vehicles we were considering. We were not only extremely impressed with our sales representative Van Saukam professionalism but his in depth knowledge of cars and the ability to provide that knowledge in a very user friendly way. Most importantly he took the time to truly understand our needs and not push for the bigger $ sale. We also were more than impressed with all of the staff we were exposed to from Richi in finance, Michelin in management, to Perrie who walked us through all of the ins and outs of our Lexus. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle I would strongly urge you to go to Kuni and ask for Van. More
