I purchased the vehicle from Michelin sight unseen. I had a few conversations with him over the phone and was very pleased in the end. Thank you Michelin Jon Alvarez was very quick to put us at ease and was very thorough in explaining the purchase of our new vehicle to us. Jon ended up letting our dog (Razor) out of our car and took him for a short walk while Tony Dupree was busy setting up our cell phones to our new GX 460.
