No one from the Service department would return my calls In the last 2-3 days I called several times the service department to be able to talk to someone and ask some questions about my car and pricing for a In the last 2-3 days I called several times the service department to be able to talk to someone and ask some questions about my car and pricing for a service and I had not been able to get through to anyone (they are all busy). Every time I would leave my name and number and still no calls. I was told that at one time an email was sent and my question/case was assigned to a Service Advisor Don Goller whom I left him a long voice message with the details and the info that I was looking for and still no call back. I called again a couple of times and they took my name and number and what I was looking for and still no calls. I understand that it is very busy this week, but if I was promised several times that someone would get back to me that they would or they can just say, sorry we cannot get to you till next week. More

Sal did his best, but we were not able to get one in the color Our first visit to Kuni Lexus was in early October. We wanted to purchase a 2016 RX350. Sal did his best, but we were not able to get one in the color and with the options we wanted. Sal kept checking inventory for us every day. Last week the "perfect" RX350 came in, and Sal contacted us immediately. We made the purchase a couple days later. Definitely appreciate the upfront pricing. Jesum assisted us the day of the purchase as Sal was out of the office that day. Jesum was very helpful and knowledgable. Did a great job explaining/demonstrating how to use the options/technology on the vehicle. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because we were disappointed in the trade-in price the dealership offered on the vehicle we wanted to trade (we decided not to trade it and are selling it on consignment with a local car dealership). More
Excellent Experience with a Lexus Plus Dealer 2nd vehicle bought here but the first that my wife came in to pick out. Normally, she's not one for wanting to be part of the car buying experience bu 2nd vehicle bought here but the first that my wife came in to pick out. Normally, she's not one for wanting to be part of the car buying experience but since she was particular about what she wanted in her Lexus, she agreed to come in. Jack was FANTASTIC and spent plenty of time with her individually. I felt it was critical that Jack be able to sell to my wife individually to address what she wanted in a car and cater to her alone versus selling to both of us. He took ample time narrowing down wants and needs and took plenty of time to walk through all the functionality of the car and offered to continue to be available to answer questions 24/7 going forward with his personal cell provided. The store is now a Lexus Plus dealership:. One price that's more than fair and their service is top notch. The paperwork process took a bit less than an hour so if time was an issue, we could have been in and out quick. The bulk of the time was for our benefit from picking out the right vehicle for her to talking all the time needed to cover all the functionality and capabilities of the car. The best part for me - Jack and the Kuni staff treated her like a valued customer, no bias towards gender. I wholeheartedly thank Jack and the entire Kuni team for a great car buying experience. If you're in the market, give Jack a call. He will take great car of you! More

Horrible car buying car experience If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This has been by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Let me fist start off on the first d If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This has been by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Let me fist start off on the first day we went up there to look at a vehicle. We saw a nice Infinity online and drove up from the Springs to look at it. Everything was good and we decided we wanted to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. We had already been approved through USAA and had the draft in hand. The sales lady Marcia and finance manager told us we still had to do a credit application through them as it was their company policy. We were very upset with that and left and drove back to the Springs. A few days later I had decided I really liked the vehicle and if that is their company policy then okay, I still want the vehicle. We drove back up to the dealership even though I did not agree with their policy, and decided to move forward with the purchase. We sat down and filled out the credit application in the lobby, they didn't even put us in an office. 2 hours later the finance guy Thom comes out and kept insisting that since they had already run our credit he could guarantee a better rate than what USAA had given us. When we asked him if he was sure he could get a better deal than the one we came in prepared with he said " I have done this over a thousand times, so...yeah" So after 3 hours total of waiting Thom comes back with great news, they did beat the rate that USAA had given us. So we decided that okay, we will go with Westerra who gave us a rate of 1.99%. After another hour of going over and signing the paperwork that stated 1.99%, financed through Westerra, all the paperwork to FINALIZE the purchase of this vehicle we were finally done and on our way. However, we left without the car because it had significant hail damage that they had to fix. Marcia said it would take between 5-7 days to get everything fixed which I understood and was very patient with them as I wanted them to do a good job. 5 days later I get a call from Marcia saying all the hail damage had been fixed but they are still waiting for a driver side mirror to come in. 3 days later I get a call saying they still did not put the mirror on and they were still waiting for a new Windshield. She said I could come up and still pick up the car and drive home with a broken windshield and they would send someone to come out to fix it at my house. I told her that I will wait until everything is done correctly because I don't want to drive home with a broken windshield and she said it should be done in a few days then. I also asked if they had a spare key for the vehicle Marcia stated she did not believe so and that most used car dealerships don't. I could not believe that you could not provide me a vehicle with a spare key or even offer to get a replacement one. A few days later I get a call from Thom the finance manager and said that they could not do the 1.99% because the bank did not approve it!!! So please tell me this how can you can sign paperwork stating you are approved for a loan, finalize the purchase of a vehicle, and then have the dealer take back the loan paperwork that was signed for 1.99%? And all this being more than 10 days after we finalized everything!!!. So I go back to when Thom told us "I"ve done this a thousand times, so yeah"...apparently maybe after another thousand you'll know what you're doing Thom. This dealership lies about 1 thing after another and has no communication between their sales people and finance department. This whole process could have been a lot simpler if they would have just gone through USAA instead of trying to go through one of their banks so they can get a better incentive on their end. The next day I get a call from Marcia again saying they did not put the windshield in because the one they got in was cracked. At this point I said "its been one thing after another with you guys and Thom called yesterday taking back a loan that we had already signed for. Marcia said she knew nothing about what was going on. So I check my credit today to see that they had ran our credit again, even after we told them to just cancel the whole thing!!! They claim they are a reputable business as stated by their sales rep multiple times, maybe we should have clarified what kind of reputation that was...I recommend that no one waste their time with Kuni Lexus unless they want to be lied to given the run around and ultimately let down. Could we have bought the car with our pre-approved USAA loan? Yes. Will we? Not a chance. More

LYING SALES MANAGER ROBERT WRIGHT Bill Owens was fantastic, however, his lying, deceptive xxxxxxx of a sales manager, Robert Wright, was a disgrace for your dealership. He came directly to my wife and I, never looking us in the eye, telling us how he would have to wholesale off our 2013 Highlander because they weren't selling, only gave me $22,000 for it, and then puts it on your lot currently @ $28,882! That's a $6,882 profit for you, when I have to beg for just a little more from him, get nothing more and he treats us like xxxx!I Even did a KBB trade-in instant cash offer, through your website, that gave me a higher offer, then you don't even honor it. I will be in touch with KBB and Lexus Corporate to voice my concerns. And guarantee I will do my best to persuade anyone I know to NOT do business with KUNI Lexus. Please see that your General Manager gets this as well, although I'm sure he'll never see it. More
