Salesman lied about timing belt change interval I was looking to purchase a 08 400h with approximately 88000 miles. I asked to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. The Salesman said he checked with his service manager and told me the new Lexus standard for the car was 100,000 miles, so they would NOT change the belt and water pump. Now service says the belt should be changed at 90000 miles and will cost $1300. So disappointed. The Salesman was condescending and arrogant. More
The SUV I purchased was sold to someone else I purchased an SUV from Kuni Lexus in August,put a deposit on it and agreed to pick it up the end of September,when I came down to Denver to pick it u I purchased an SUV from Kuni Lexus in August,put a deposit on it and agreed to pick it up the end of September,when I came down to Denver to pick it up I was informed that it had been sold, Anthony Banno pretty much informed me that it was my fault the car was sold as it had been 2 weeks and had not been picked up( something which I was not aware of) and no one had contacted me to give me the option to come and get it sooner.Not oncedidI hear him say he was sorry or what could they do to make it right. Selling cars was his number one priority not customer service, he was arrogant and condescending. So for me Customer Service being a priority " NOT" Dee Z More

Finally, the agony is over! For six months, we have looked at every make and model of car available to use as a commuter back and forth to Oregon. We returned to Kuni , one mor For six months, we have looked at every make and model of car available to use as a commuter back and forth to Oregon. We returned to Kuni , one more time, to just have my husband test the driver's seat in the RX 350 for comfort. We asked for Mark because he was helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be with during our visit six months before. Mark was occupied but Gary helped us until Mark was available. On the floor was the Sport RX in atomic silver. The color drew us in but the car was plugged in so the electronics worked and the seat could be adjusted to fit my husband. We were sold and that is when we stopped the headaches from car shopping. However, If Gary had not been as entertaining and if Mark had not been available, I am not sure we would have pulled the trigger that day. Both, are amazingly kind people. Our only negative was that from the moment Mark arrived and we immediately said "Cash", it took four and a half hours to leave the dealership. We had a complicated deal because of Oregon having no sales tax so the paper work was causing delays and errors. Archer took over and with good humor eased the final hour. Thank you to all involved. The vehicle orientation was helpful for our 1500 mile trip but we will be back to Kuni for more orientation when we return this fall. We could not access the special packages such as Enform because we are technologically handicapped . . . we have a little Tracphone which had problems linking with Lexus. Mark said he could help when we get back , especially, if we purchase a newer phone. We look forward to visiting Kuni's beautiful dealership in the future.
