He went out of his way to get me a quote for tires (which I'll be needing soon) and gave me a service history for my vehicle. I REALLY appreciated the job Sean did! He'll be my "go-to" guy from now on. The service time (i.e. the time it took to get the service completed on my car) was better than I expected. And I appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection that was completed on my car. I was also pleasantly surprised to have my car washed when I picked it up! What a GREAT touch by your staff!! Two other things I appreciated from your staff were 1) I was sent a soft copy of my service receipt when the work on my car was complete and, 2) I appreciated that Sean called me to tell me my car was ready for pickup, and he took me to my car instead of just telling me the car was somewhere out on the lot! Purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting task but the service I received at Kuni was nothing short of spectacular. Once I met with the sales representatives, the process was smooth. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they were able to accommodate my needs. I took a look at one of the SUV’s I saw online and decided to take it for a test drive, I fell in love almost immediately (of course) and wanted to move forward with my purchase. Kevin Lee, made sure that the paperwork was all together prior to presenting it to me and it was a quick yet very informative process to get through the most grueling portion of purchasing a car…financing. I was thankful for his knowledge at this time. Once it was all said and done, I drove my new car home and am very satisfied with my purchase! No buyers remorse here. The service team at Kuni Lexus take their time and make sure that I left knowing how to handle my car, since it is a BMW and my first nice car in my adult experience, I wanted to be extra careful.
