Sean was fantastic to work with. I felt no pressure during the entire experience and he explained everything to my satisfaction. It was a busy day (the day after Thanksgiving) but he also kept me informed as the deal was moved through the process. I would definitely work with him again on another purchase when the time comes. Finally, the finance manager was also very good in explaining the various options for service plans and other items. You should be proud of the group at your dealership. Probably the best I’ve ever seen as far as being knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing as well as the friendliness and professionalism of all the people I came in contact with. Thank You! More

We started taking my 2018 Lexus for service when it was Kuni Lexus a few years ago and was very impressed with the overall experience with the dealer. Devan Griffin was my Service Advisor and she always we Kuni Lexus a few years ago and was very impressed with the overall experience with the dealer. Devan Griffin was my Service Advisor and she always went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Dealing with her was a pleasure. Our experience with the dealer was always professional, being treated with respect. This treatment gave me the confidence to purchase a vehicle through them. Sadly, this was a very costly mistake. Our purchase of a 2011 RX450H from Lexus of Greenwood Village has become a disaster. I understand that I purchased the car "as is" but I did not expect the problems to start almost immediately knowing the reliability of Toyotas and Lexus. The timing of needed maintenance started 2 months after I purchased the car. Alarms for the Hybrid System and brake system failures lit up my the dashboard. I called Devan and she accommodated my needs and calmed my concerns about the car stating that the 12 volt battery needed to be replaced. I replaced the battery as she instructed me. She indicated to me that the mechanic that serviced the car stated "that the car would get me through the spring". That comment has me wondering if he knew at that time the real problem with the car. The end of June, the same alarms and warnings that lit up my dash previously and lit my dash up again. I brought my car in again and was told by Seth, the Service Advisor that replaced Devan, that the 12 volt battery they put in was probably defective. How wrong he was, the real problem was the Hybrid Battery was faulty. A charge of nearly $8000 would be needed to repair the problem. Since I financed the vehicle through the dealer and was pressured into a "useless" warranty from the Finance Manager, the cost of the repair was my problem. I asked the Sales (Bob Lucero) to give me a quote to take the car from me and allow me purchase another vehicle. I was told outright that they could not help me with this issue. They had sympathy for me because they knew I had no recourse and the dealer would not help in any way. If anyone is planning on purchasing any used vehicle from this dealer, be prepared to be mislead, and deceived when you do need to service the car. I have driven Toyotas and purchased many new and used Toyotas for well over 40 years. Moving to Lexus apparently was a huge mistake. Never have I ever felt like I was totally screwed in a purchasing a vehicle. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE ETHICS AND VALUES OF THIS NEWLY NAMED DEALERSHIP!!!! More
