I have always received excellent service at Lexus of Greenville, that is the main reason I have given my 'service business' to them for the past twelve and one-half years. Recent changes at Lexus of Gr Greenville, that is the main reason I have given my 'service business' to them for the past twelve and one-half years. Recent changes at Lexus of Greenville have been somewhat bothersome however. While I expect change with new ownership, some change is either unnecessay or not very beneficial. I have noticed recently that I have trouble speaking to my service representative due to a noisy and boisterous radio (walkie-talkie) that he evidently is required to wear. This detracts from the personal attention that his job demands and is very annoying. I am not sure if this change is due to a new service manager or the ownership, but I cannot relate any improvement in my service experience to the use of this device. In short, it doesn't seem to be helping the service representatives. Since the change in ownership I have noticed other subtle differences as well. My service receipt is atrocious compared to times past; it is not very well organized or easy to read/distinguish the tasks performed. My service sticker looks like something used at Jiffy Lube. It is small and difficult to read compared to the ones once utilized. The Lexus brand has always been associated with perfection and standards above other automobiles, so please consider if the changes I have noticed, as I am sure others have as well, are supporting that reputation and brand. I expect to pay for top quality service and attention to detail, so please consider these attributes in regards to future 'adjustments' to the customer experience. More
When I was shopping for my Lexus I was checking with MANY dealerships in several states over a month. I placed so many phone calls into Justin Smith that he could have become very frustrated with me. He was always extra helpful as was anyone I spoke with when he was busy. When we came to purchase the car his manager, Mike Oleary, and their finance manager, Mark McKee, were right there to answer questions and help us also. It was an after hours sale and they all happily stayed with us until 9:30 PM without any complaints.The whole experience was a lot of fun and informative and extremely helpful. Everyone was so friendly and answered all my hundreds of questions without tiring. The car I bought is a 2010 and it looks brand new! They really take pride in their cars and worked out a very fair deal with us on our car. I will definitely recommend them to anyone buying a Lexus! More
Came in to service my father's Lexus Rx350 and immediately felt at ease knowing everything was being taken care of without being taken advantage of. Brett was amazing at explaining why things are necessary, what things are not necessary, and what we could hold off on (at the time we were wanting to sell the car; now we have decided to keep it). Overall I would highly recommend this dealership for servicing in the upstate if you own a Lexus. They keep meticulous records and even though I have only been there several times, Brett makes sure to call me by name, keeping it personal and professional. More
We purchased a Lexus a few months ago and it has been one of the best cars we've own. The ride is smooth and yet there is plenty of power and handling even in the mountains where we live. You see, we have owned Porsche's and so we are kind of performance nuts. The dealership is wonderful and Mike Bowers is nothing short of awesome! Not only did he do an excellent job with explaining the differences in the models and then going through the sale process with us he even recommended a restaurant in the area. We live several hours away and Mike stayed with us after the dealership was closed and explained everything about our new car just so that we could take it home that night. The gentleman in the cleaning area also stayed late so that our car would be ready to take home. After we left the dealership in our new car we went for a late dinner at the restaurant that Mike had recommend and about 20 minutes after being there who should walk in but Mike with our garage opener from our old car! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would and already have recommended Lexus of Greenville. More

I've previously sent to the Sales Manager an email describing my experience with the dealership in detail. I stopped at the dealership on a whim of curiosity, not expecting to purchase a vehicle at th describing my experience with the dealership in detail. I stopped at the dealership on a whim of curiosity, not expecting to purchase a vehicle at this time. My wife and I were approached by a sales associate, Mr. Tony Wilson, a very personable and professional gentleman who did not push or pressure us..but patiently and persuasively described the merits of the Lexus line, and in the process showed us three cars I indicated were attractive to me, in different price ranges. He patiently and courteously responded to my inquiries for more information. Over the next day or so, he sent that follow up information and I returned to take a car for a test. He arranged an overnight trial. My wife and I called in a few questions, which he answered. After driving the car, we came in, met with Mr. Wilson and the Service Manager, who accommodated us by testing out a few questions we raised. Satisfied, we told Mr. Wilson we would consider a purchase but were interested in following up with visits to our Mercedes and Buick dealers (cars we presently owned and dealerships with which we were very satisfied), Mr. Wilson persuaded us to allow him to discuss our options and attempt to work out an exclusivity with your dealership, if the price could be made more attractive. He did. We did. We now own the automobile. In the closing process, we met with Mr. Ornette Mattison, Finance Manager, who was kind enough to very courteously and thoughtfully work with us through some personal and time sensitive decisions about options available to us to enhance our ownership experience, and expedite the paperwork involved. Several days later, we met with Cindy Tolin, who patiently went through a number of technological features on the car and worked through them with us, assisted by Andy Anderson. We also had brief contact with and received very friendly and courteous attention and a welcome from a number of other good people at the Dealership, including Mr. Danny Walker, Sales Mgr. (Pre-Owned Division), the Service Manager, Mr. Dan Patterson, and Mr. Bill McIntyre. More
Sid Kachole was one of the most knowledgeable Sales Agents I've ever talked to! His product knowledge was really impressive. Not only did he know his product (in my case looked at the Lexus 350i conver Agents I've ever talked to! His product knowledge was really impressive. Not only did he know his product (in my case looked at the Lexus 350i convertible) extremely well, but he was able to discern clearly how it compared to the other models I was considering (BMW, Infinity). His follow up was timely without being annoying. And he was super nice and fun to work with! I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend or colleague. More
We found the dealership to be inviting and most comfortable. The amenities were appreciated. Brett was knowledgeable and seemed focused on making sure we were satisfied with our experience.
