I have purchased 6 Lexus and 4 were from Greenville Lexus and have found their sales department to be exceptional. I just bought my wife another RX350 recently and wanted all wheel drive. Their sales team worked on this for two months to find just what I required. I never felt pressured to buy something that was not what I was looking for. They have always stayed in touch with me after the sell and their service department is the best that I have ever seen. I am very excited about their new tire guarantee price program and will now buy all of my tires for my two Lexus from them too. I feel like a family member every time I visit them. I know this sounds crazy, but I even drive from Brevard, NC for service even though they have volunteered to come and get my car and leave me a loaner Lexus because I love seeing everyone there. I had a problem with the GPS reception in my 2001 LS430 and Daniel spent at least 20 min with me trying to diagnose my problem-and he did! We were only passing through Greenville but he immediately assiste and Daniel spent at least 20 min with me trying to diagnose my problem-and he did! While I have always loved the service which I have recieved from the numerous Lexus dealer (we drive quite a bit) This experience was "over the top".
