Each time I visit the service staff always is curteous and friendly. They explain what needs to be done and always agree to call in additional work is necessary. We very much appreciate Brett Bulley and all that he does for us to make our service experience positive. Last week I visited Lexus of Greenville to have my 2012 200H Lexus connected to my new iPhone 5. I had the AT&T store assist me in the connection and it lasted only a week before it continued showing "no 200H Lexus connected to my new iPhone 5. I had the AT&T store assist me in the connection and it lasted only a week before it continued showing "not connected" to my new phone. I called Lexus of Greenville to see if I could have some assistance in getting my iPhone connected - and was told to come on in by a very pleasant receptionist. The on-staff Technology Specialist was with another customer and I was introduced to Jorge Cuevas who was visiting Lexus of Greenville at that time. I not only got my iPhone connected, I learned a great deal on how to handle the technical challenges by myself in the future! I was very impressed with Jorge, he was patient, kind and informative. I was later introduced to Paula, who was extremely helpful in getting me detailed information about Sirius which I already have a subscription to I want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from everyone at Lexus of Greenville. Jorge took time from his busy schedule to give me a fantastic overview of my Lexus and its' technology, Paula took the time to email a neighbor, that I don't know yet, so I can be invited to future classes that she gives to other Lexus customers near my home. And everyone else greeted me with a smile, a professional attitude and sincere concern for my being directed to the right person for the right service. I have been a customer of Lexus of Greenville since 1999, when I purchased a new RX300. I have always been pleased with the service I have received at this dealership - and last week's experience was an example of how they treat their customers. I sincerely appreciate the effort they always put forth to keep their current customers happy - which of course - allows me to share my delight in Lexus of Greenville with my friends who may be considering the purchase of an automobile in the future. More

This is a Great Dealership because of the people who work there! I have been taking my Lexus automobile to Steve Burton for the last three years and because of Steve's integrity,friendliness, and knowledge there! So, I came in and worked with Louis Koronafy and Danny Walker on the vehicle i had selected. They were friendly, knowledgeable and just overall a pleasure to do business with. During the entire process, I also met Daniel Patterson (Service Manager) and Bill Mcentyre (Finance Manager). They all made me feel that my business was appreciated & that they were there to help. I have studied the employee's at this dealership over the last three years, and knowing that I could purchase a car anywhere, I decided to purchase from Lexus of Greenville. They made buying my 2008 BMW 535i with ease!!!! With the help of Justin and Tammy, I was able to work a deal over the phone and when I got to the dealership, driving from Charlotte, NC, they didn't change a help of Justin and Tammy, I was able to work a deal over the phone and when I got to the dealership, driving from Charlotte, NC, they didn't change a figure!!!! They had all the paperwork ready and was out of there in no time!!!! The car was better then described!!!! Justin made me feel at home and while talking, I found out he grew up with one of the owners of the company I work for. Talk about a small world!!!! The excellent relationship with Troy Woods and Steve Burton in the Service Center over the past 12 years of owning my first Lexus, plus the Lexus quality and safety reputation, motivated me to purchase Burton in the Service Center over the past 12 years of owning my first Lexus, plus the Lexus quality and safety reputation, motivated me to purchase a 2014 Lexus RX 350. My experiences with Michael Bowers, the salesman, were truly outstanding. He was courteous, professional, and congenial; there was no high pressure placed upon me to close the deal. My intellectual ability to make decisions for my life and my financial solvency were never overrun with sales gimmicks or sexist assumptions about a woman's knowledge of buying a car. Women buy a lot of cars in America, and Lexus of Greenville is making a tremendous effort not to be short-sighted about this fact. Additionally, Dan Clara, the general manager, and Bill McIntrye, Finance director, were also helpful and appreciative of my business. I will recommend a Lexus and Lexus of Greenville now to all of my friends. More
