Brett Bulley arranged for repair estimate, service work including warranty items, and recall work for gas control value. Problem was we were leaving for a European cruise before car would be ready. Brett went above the call of duty to have us driven to the Greenville airport, and had the car parked in the airport garage for our return 2 weeks later. What splendid customer service! My Review I came in for a wheel alignment check, coolant and brake fluid flush and to resolve several recall notices I had received. This could have been FIVE S I came in for a wheel alignment check, coolant and brake fluid flush and to resolve several recall notices I had received. This could have been FIVE STAR..... but.... -I was surprised when I was told my vehicle required $3000 work itemized as follows: a new steering rack (~$1293), ball joint boot (~$435), serpentine belt (~$135), spark plugs (~$399), cabin filter ($49), fuel system cleaning (~$199), plus the brake fluid and coolant flush and shop charges and taxes put total nearly $3000. Please note I was also told by Craig I was to be charged a $10 "administrative loaner fee" for the loaner vehicle even though they advertise "FREE LOANER VEHICLE" on the website. -The work I decided to have done this visit was the new rack, ball joint boot, fluid flushes and cabin filter. The work seems to be very good quality which is the most important thing I guess. I actually met with the mechanic (Bo) whom I was very pleased with and I think did a great job. Now for the service adviser customer service (BAD part) of the visit. -My service adviser Craig's mannerisms and attitude changed from friendly and helpful before the work to aloof after the work was completed. Perhaps because I asked him for a military discount; which is advertised on the website. Craig said he could not apply that for me because he had already given me the "Classic Car" discount. I also noticed the cabin filter was not on the final itemized work receipt. I noted the final price was the same as the estimate which included the filter work being done. Brett, the assistant service manager, was summoned who immediately installed the cabin filter himself on the spot. High praise for Brett. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BRETT! :) Brett also looked at my final invoice and credited me an additional $55.00 discount he said I qualified for. I also noticed that only one out of three of the recalls were addressed. -Lastly, Craig was too busy to acknowledge me when I went to thank him but he ignored me. I thought he did not hear me so I said thank you again but still no response. I mulled it over and thought about it and figured maybe he was just to busy so I tried to call later that day and the next morning but no answer. I also sent an email but Craig did not reply. When I went to pay for my service the regular cashier was at lunch and the woman covering for her was not very friendly or courteous at all. She never once smiled or even looked at me. She never thanked me for my business either. This is why I rate customer service lower then quality of repair and facility. Thats not very good after you just shell out over two grand for car repairs. A simple courteous thank you and a smile could have gone along way to improving customer service score. -Overall the facility is very nice with a very nice customer lounge and waiting area. The work performed met my expectations and is very well done. In the end I wish my service adviser treated me a little better after the transaction. More

Justin was busy with a client when we arrived at an unexpected time, so "Coach," another salesperson, jumped right in and let me and my daughter test-drive the car.
