I bought a 2017 Lexus GX 460 on June 9th, it was a lengthy process, but everyone was nice. The vehicle had not been detailed on the inside, smelled notably of cigarette smoke, and only had 1 of the 2 lengthy process, but everyone was nice. I was reassured to get a second key, detailing the inside, and some cosmetic defects would be repaired. On the morning of June 11th, I went through a carwash and the sunroof began pouring water into the cabin (yes it was closed). Water was sitting in both floor boards and the SUV wouldn't start as the electronics got wet in the dash. I was able to get it started and took it the 1.5 hr drive back to the dealership. They kept it in the shop for 6 days and assured me they would make it right. I told them at that time that I had owned the vehicle <48 hours and wanted to return it d/t the issues it had. The salesmen assured me they would make it right, and they gave me a complimentary loaner. I didn't hear from them again, so I called to speak with the sales manager, Mike, who informed me I could "trade it in if I don't want it" and when I asked if they would make it a lateral trade since I hadn't had the vehicle in my possession for more than 1 full day, he told me they would get me "as close as we can to what you paid based off the trade-in value" and that he would begin to look for me a comparable GX and call me back 'shortly', but there is nothing he could do. He suggested that I not use the same car wash again! I didn't hear from them for another 2.5 days until the service guy called and said I could come pick mine up, that they couldn't find the source of the leak and it must be a 'fluke'. I told him the manager was supposed to be trying to find me a new one (of which one of the salesmen told me "I can't just xxxx you a new Lexus") and the service man told me the manager left days ago to go "sit on the beach". Everyone deserves a vacation, but there was no professionalism to inform me that he would be out of office or to hand off to the other manager to assist with this. He just left me waiting to hear back. They told my husband on pickup that we are lucky because they 'usually don't fix cosmetic issues' (cigarette burn holes in the leather upholstery that they patched, a missing/broken cupholder, and a broken parking sensor). Paying for a vehicle that is Lexus Certified, it should be thoroughly detailed and ready for sale and with known issues (like a broken parking sensor) resolved. I wouldn’t buy from this dealership again, and I don’t look forward to having to go through them for my Lexus servicing. More
This morning I wrote a negative review about the dealership. I was wrong. After reviewing what the Resistal policy actually covered, I was wrong in thinking that the policy covered more. The salesperson (LaShonda) that I spoke with was both friendly and informative about the matter without dismissing my feelings. I spoke with the manager (Steve) as well and had a positive experience. I am a repeat customer of Lexus of Greenville and will continue to be. I am truly sorry for the negative review that I wrote this morning. It was wrong of me to act before getting all of the information. More

Me and my wife came in to look at a new RX 350. Our sales associate, Brad, did a great job showing us the vehicle, as well as explaining all of the features. I highly recommend them as we drive 2 and half hours to work with them. Make sure to ask for Brad. More

I am not crazy I know my car was pulling to the right, I know I reported that it was pulling but for whatever reason they documented that I complained about hearing a noise but during my conversations with the service department and my sales rep (Brad Rongione) we only talked about the pull, I never said anything to anyone about noise. I was assured that my vehicle had been looked at by a senior service technician and that nothing was wrong with the it. I finally took the vehicle to my local Lexus dealer and learned that the alignment was in fact out spec causing the vehicle to pull, they also found two other issues that I'm sure Lexus of Greenville missed. Ernie Swords got involved he assured me that he was going to take care of the situation. Needless to say neither will return my phone calls. The alignment is a problem only because if a Lexus service tech can't accurately diagnose when a vehicle is out of spec he/she should be fired immediately the real issue is I believe they intentionally ignored other costly repairs for the sake of profit which is sad. More

***Buyer Beware!!*** I was interested in buying a used car listed on their site. A few minutes later I was told that the price was an error and they raised the price from $3,000 to $7,400 and that it was being serviced and would take 2-3 hours. I said I would still like to see the car, I was told that they would call me when it was ready. After waiting (4) hours I came back and asked if it was ready yet, they went to check and came back and he said I'm sorry but the car has been sold to someone else. More

Returned for 5,00 mile service appointment which was estimated to take 45 to 60 minutes. Almost four hours later, the car was ready. The service rep was unfamiliar with the car (2019 LS 500) and couldn't answer questions. Have had dealings with dealership for 25 years and it is obvious that management has become complacent and that has affected the whole operation. I plan to pay for the 10,000 mile service at a Toyota dealership rather than go through the pain of using this dealer's service department. More
