Leased my 250 H from them, and started having my 450h serviced there also. Just total quality people. One minor issue - I had a tire road damaged and due to the sad things in Japan, that tire was in na serviced there also. Just total quality people. One minor issue - I had a tire road damaged and due to the sad things in Japan, that tire was in national critcal short supply. I called the General Manager of the dealership and asked for his help. The problem was resolved in 20 minutes. They located a tire, had it air expressed in, came to pick up my car and fix the issue and returned the car (after it was washed). Do I love these guys ? Yes I do. BTW I live almost 60 miles fron the dealership. They are top notch all the way. More

We were starting the lengthy process of buying a new car for my wife. We planned to look at the Lexus CT200 hybrid, Acura RDX, and Infiniti G37 & EX35. I did not plan to buy a car that day, but it all worked out and we are totally satisfied with our decision to buy a new RX350. Terence greeted us as soon as we arrived on the lot and got us the keys to the CT200. He quickly determined what we were looking for and suggested we consider the RX350, which we then drove. Terence went over the other vehicles with us and helped us rule them out. We decided on a properly equipped RX350 on the showroom floor and negotiated a price. Bill McIntyre completed our paperwork and explained some optional items. We ended up spending a long time and left after normal closing time, but we were the largest contributors to the lengthy process as we had many questions (& far too many war stories). Dealership employees were patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to take a personal interest in getting us the right vehicle. The surroundings are as nice as any dealership I have visited. There was never any high pressure or coercion. My wife and I were left in privacy for a long time to discuss how we wanted to proceed. The overall quality of the vehicle is quite apparent as well as the dealership's focus on customer service. I would recommend that car shoppers stop at Lexus of Greenville first; it may save you some time. More
