I am driving my second Lexus and I have loved both of them. I owned several Cadillacs before buying a Lexus and I could not believe the difference. I would like to comment on the great service that I receive each time I come in. Troy Woods has been my Service Rep. the entire time and I am very well pleased. He is knowledable, courteous, friendly and he goes the extra mile to make sure that you are pleased with your experience at the dealership. He takes care of me and my car - Thanks Troy! I also enjoy the Lounge. It is pleasant to sit and read or watch TV. The lounges at most dealerships are not at all this nice and comfortable. More
bought my car from you back in '05. always great service. mostly deal w/ Troy who's always very cordial and accomodating. as a lexus owner, you come to expect that the service calls aren't going to be the " mostly deal w/ Troy who's always very cordial and accomodating. as a lexus owner, you come to expect that the service calls aren't going to be the "cheapest" on the street, but then again it is what it is. recently in for my 105K service - needed brakes, so $1500 later i'm all good. seriously though, Troy and the team are very good and i highly commend them. We had been told that the earliest appointment would be Wednesday at 1:00. Kathy Ream took care of me on Wed. when I arrived. I was hoping that the cruise control could be repaired before we left early Fr Wednesday at 1:00. Kathy Ream took care of me on Wed. when I arrived. I was hoping that the cruise control could be repaired before we left early Friday morning for Florida for our daughters wedding. Kathy said she would "overnight" the part and would call me Thursday when it would come in. It did not arrive on time, so Kathy said she would give us a loaner that we could drive until our car was ready. It is a 6 hour drive to Florida and we weren't looking forward to driving all that way without a cruise control. Due to an unexpected snow storm the part did not come in until Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday, our RX350 was ready and I was greated by Kathy. During the whole experience Kathy kept us well informed. We are moving to Kansas City and she even offered to give us the address of the Lexus dealer in KC. We felt that Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty. She is a great employee. More

Eric was very friendly and helpful. Eric was very patient as I searched for my new car. Greg, the service manager has always been ready to assist any time that I needed service on my prior vehicle that I had as I searched for my new car. Brad, the sales manager was also very helpful in my new car purchase. Dan Clara, the dealership manager, is very professional and truely cares about his dealership. This delaership is by far the best dealership that I have been to, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Lexus of Greenville is truley lucky to have such great and dedicated employees. This delaership is the true meaning of excellent customer service! More

Service was as good as usual with helpful service manager (Mark Puckett). Love the car wash, too!! Our "traveling" family size has recently shrunk with 2 kids now in college and only 1 at home. We wanted new, smaller car (vs. SUV) and have been looking for several months. After looking at various pre-owned luxery cars for a while now, on our visit to Lexus of Greenville, Eric O'Reilly was able to sway us to toy with the idea of a new one vs. pre-owned. Eric listened to our reasons for possibly purchasing a pre-owned Lexus, and understood that we wanted the best value for our money, but that we did not necessary want the "new car payment". He was able to explain the Lexus brand held their value and with Lexus of Greenville's stock in both pre-owned and new, that we could get the exact same car and features, for literally just a few dollars more on our monthly car payment. We were treated like guests, not clients, and felt that our salesman really wanted to help us make a better, more-informed decision. With that additional information, we were sold on our new Lexus. My husband brought it home, and even had the BIG RED BOW on top --- AWESOME!! The after-sales service has since been awesome, and as promised, I even received the dedicated training education on my new car's features and benefits, as well as our chosen upgrade service within the week. I would most definitely recommend Lexus of Greenville to anyone thinking about a luxery car. My husband and I have been beyond pleased with Eric's informative sales skills, as well as his friendly demeaner, and not to mention the car itself. I certainly did not feel as if I was working with a stereo-typcial "car salesman", which made the decision to buy even easier! PS: I am LOVING my new car!! More
