I do feel that the Lexus mechanics would know their vehicle better than any other mechanics. I paid nearly $600 for a 60k service. I know that having a 60k service at a Toyota or Chrysler runs around vehicle better than any other mechanics. I paid nearly $600 for a 60k service. I know that having a 60k service at a Toyota or Chrysler runs around half the price. I couldn't believe that I had to pay twice the price for the "name." Also, I don't know who's problem this is, but I was given a "loaner." The windows on that car were a disgrace. I was glad that I didn't have to drive the car at night. A little road dirt on a car is understandable, but windows that dirty is not. Steve was very helpful and courteous. I would appreciate dealing with him again. More
This is my second Lexus & I wanted to buy from my first dealership but they were charging me an additional $900, for docking fee. Once again, Lexus of Greenville stepped up to the plate and hit a home run for us. Our sales rep, Terence Chapman, worked with General Manager Dan Clara to get the exact Lexus that we wanted within 24 hou and hit a home run for us. Our sales rep, Terence Chapman, worked with General Manager Dan Clara to get the exact Lexus that we wanted within 24 hours of our making the final decision as to colors and options. Terence insisted on coming in on his day off to accommodate us. He had the car spotless, full of gas, and totally ready even though I arrived early for our delivery appointment. Terence carefully covered the appropriate operating instructions, went over the final figures, and answered all of my many questions. Dan Clara checked in to be sure that we were totally satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. The paperwork process went smoothly and quickly with no high pressure to add items that we might not have really wanted. There were no surprises. The entire purchasing process was handled very professionally in a professional and hype-free environment. During the entire process I had all the time that I needed and a quiet environment in which to sort out my thoughts. The staff was ready to answer my questions, but not pushy for me to get on with it. This is very important to me. My wife and I have purchased or leased for ourselves 22 new vehicles in the past 21 years, and I must say that our two Lexus purchases at Lexus of Greenville stand out from all the rest---and for all the right reasons. I also enjoy the Lounge. It is pleasant to sit and read or watch TV. The lounges at most dealerships are not at all this nice and comfortable. More
