This was a great car buying experience. Let me just say that one of my biggest pet peeves is when car salesmen don't know their product. I don't expect it as much as from a used car salesman though becaus that one of my biggest pet peeves is when car salesmen don't know their product. I don't expect it as much as from a used car salesman though because they have so many different models for sale. With that being said, I called in the afternoon to check and see if they had a car in stock that was on Autotrader. Sid answered the phone and confirmed they did, so I told him I would be coming soon for a test drive. By the time I got there Sid had thoroughly learned every little detail about the vehicle and was able to answer questions I didn't even have, which really impressed me. He took me on a long test drive in an area that really let me "test" out the car. This part went very easy and I decided to purchase the car. My only complaint would be the wait time. Once you make up your mind you want to buy a car... you want to just buy it. It didn't take long to do the paper work once I actually got to the finance manager but it was probably at least an hour before I saw him. That's to long. I would just say that it was a sunday which is a day they are not usually open so they may have been short handed but if you are open for business then you should be truly open. Other than that it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend. More

We had been searching for 5 months with bad experience after worse experience at different dealerships throughout the upstate. Sid was the first car salesman in our 5 month search to offer to help find the car that we were looking for and even said "Let me take the burden off you," which I found extremely refreshing after such a long search. That afternoon, Jay found us the perfect car in Atlanta. The car exceeded our expectations in amenities and price. Jay quickly procured the car and had it ready for us to drive off the lot the next day. I was extremely impressed by their detailing because, for a car that was 2 years old and had 50k miles, it looked brand new. My boss even jokingly said, "We must be paying you too much to have bought a new Lexus." When I told him it was 2 years old, he was shocked. Overall, I would highly recommend Lexus of Grenville. Make sure you ask for Sid and Jay! They are a great team and will provide you with a fantastic car buying experience. More
Michael Bowers is excellent. We had done a lot of research before coming in, and we knew exactly what we wanted (the ES 350). We decided at the dealership that we wanted the car in red. There was no red ES on their lot, but Michael immediately located one in another state and had it sent to Greenville at once. He worked very hard to deliver the exact car we wanted and to give us information and training on our new vehicle. He devoted a great deal of time to this and his friendy and helpful attitude never diminished. He seemed to genuinely care about us and our satisfaction, and we are most grateful. We would recommend the dealership and Michael without hesitation. More

Ornette Mattison and Jay Carawan called Mike from the body shop to make a list of all items I requested to be fixed so I would have a "look like spankin' brand new" car when we drove home. Car was detailed and repaired beyond my highest expectations. While we waited, my husband was able to continue working from his computer and I enjoyed getting to know the sincere people at Lexus of Greenville. Since I was recovering from pneumonia, Ron Farrow was so kind to offer me water and cough drops when he realized I was tired of coughing from the long day. Our experience at Lexus of Greenville was above and beyond. The people were real, the process was easy, and the price was the best to be found! Thanks to everyone at Lexus of Greenville:) More

As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, Justin greeted me with a handshake and a smile. He listened. He explained the options and why I should choose Lexus over Audi, Infinity, and Acura. I was thinking of trading my vehicle this fall, so I started visiting several dealerships in the upstate, but just couldn't find the car that my pocketbook and desires could agree on. I called to see if the car was still available and spoke with a very nice fellow named Sid Kachole. Sid was very friendly and polite over the phone, and I felt very comfortable talking with him. I went to the dealership to meet with Sid and to drive the car. He was very knowledgeable about the hybrid and explained everything to me with patience and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience buying a car that I truly love from Sid. I was also shown a lot of courtesy from other staff members that I met while I was there. WOW!! It is still possible to receive legendary customer service! After an exhausting search on the internet and visiting numerous dealers, we had the unique pleasure of visiting Lexus of Greenville, SC. It service! After an exhausting search on the internet and visiting numerous dealers, we had the unique pleasure of visiting Lexus of Greenville, SC. It was late in the day on a Saturday and we were heading for the interstate for an hours drive home. We happened to spot a Jeep Commander on the lot and decided to make a quick stop. Out of nowhere, we were greeted by a beaming smile, a warm handshake, and a sincerity that we had not seen on any lot. Sid Kachole was closing up and locking vehicles (ready to go home), but went out of his way to help us. He stayed, let us drive a vehicle and in less than a half hour had helped us find the perfect vehicle for our daughter. This was to be a college graduation gift for her and we had grown weary in our search. Sid introduced us to Jay Carawan and between the two we secured the deal needed to fit our budget. The Jeep had a small exhaust issue so we returned on Monday for pick-up. They had sent it back through service and arranged to replace the muffler.(Above and beyond what we expected) During our wait, we were treated to a comfortable lounge and snacks and if that wasn't enough, Sid fed us hamburgers for lunch. We almost needed to pinch ourselves to see if this was really happening. Seriously, our service was exemplary in every way. I am a retired District Operations Manager for Lowe's Home Centers and service is something I have stressed my entire career. To see it played out with me as the beneficiary was overwhelming. Thank you to Sid and Jay for making our experience positively memorable. We will tell everyone we know and will come here first for all of our future needs.
