We purchased a car from Mike Bowers in April, and was given the key with a gel cover... as a "gift". My husband had a kidney transplant and we have not driven the car since few weeks after purchase. We found out today that the reason for the "gift " cover was to cover the fact that the key was glued and taped together. We found this out when the key broke and were unable to get the car started after getting to our destination. It was a struggle to get the car started in order to get back home to get the second key. We came to the dealer to remedy the broken key and there was no acknowledgement from Mike that we were given a damaged key, and had to pay $80 to replace. I think this is a lousy way to do business, and I will not recommend purchasing a vehicle to any friends. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. Signed, dissatisfied customer More
We were not even going to buy vehicle that day, just out to begin looking, really just needed a replacement Lexus coffee cup. Then, there it was. So we began the negotiating and sure enough Justin was able to broker a deal for us taking our older RX in trade for the 2010 model RX350. Justin and the sales manager took good care to not let us leave their lot and really made our decision very easy, Well done guys! Thank you. I look forward to the continued good service from the service department that also takes good care of my mother's ES350. The service department sets the standard in Greenville for personalized attention to the details, which is very important to me, so I know my mother and wife will be well cared for while their vehicles are being serviced. The sales department starting with Mr. Smith was extraordinary throughout the process. We came to the service department without an appointment on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Traveling from the mountains, we'd encountered some engine problems. My wife and I dropped by to see the new RX models and brought her current RX to have it evaluated. Sid met us at the door and was extremely helpful. Sid showed a lot of personality and a sincere desire to help us make our decision. He was by far the best sales person we have ever experienced in purchasing a new automobile. I will most defiantly come back the next time we are in the market and hopefully Sid will still be at Lexus of Greenville. He is a great addition to that dealership!!! More

Jay quickly assessed my personal vehicle needs and paired me with Sid who was extremely patient and understanding as we test drove 4 different cars to determine which one was the right match for me. Sid and Jay both worked hard to ensure I got top dollar for my trade and worked with me to ensure my new car payments were inside my financial comfort zone. Most importantly, they weren't pushy salesmen and took the time to get to know me. They both worked diligently to ensure I felt confident throughout the purchase process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering a new or used car purchase. Lexus of Greenville provides top notch customer service before, during, and after the sale. Impressive experience! I stopped in one day and they did not have the specific vehicle I was in the market for.
