However, I am sorry that you had to deal with the frustration of a broken key on your 2004 ES 330. I am glad that we were able to talk so that I could learn more about the situation. Mike Bowers also, as a treat to his customers, provides a complimentary key cover as a gesture to start and build a working relationship. By no means was his intention to cover a broken key. I am sorry you did not accept my offer to reimburse the full amount you paid for the new key.
