I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus. I dealt with Cade Edwards. He was extremely professional, honest and responsive. Easy transaction and did most of it online. Naji helped and was very knowledgeable. I read some of the other reviews and glad I ignored the couple of bad ones when most were excellent. I am enjoying my new vehicle. The process to obtain it was rather horrible. Micah was a great salesman. He was busy between myself and another customer. Once we started talking actual money details, I was passed off to a guy whose name I don’t recall. He was tall, balding and wore glasses with a yellow tint. He was extremely arrogant and rude. He was so rude that my boyfriend was encouraging me to walk away from the sale based on this man’s dealings. It was approximately twenty minutes later that the same rude man came out to tell me that my loan with USAA wasn’t going to work at your dealership. He said it takes USAA approximately three weeks to pay the dealership, and you couldn’t wait that long. I find that very interesting as I was made to pay a daily fee for carrying my payoff so that the dealership had twenty days to pay off my loan. Why would you not accept financing from a reputable institution that assists veterans and their families? I stayed. I was passed off to another guy who came out with the paperwork for me to sign while Micah was making a sale on another vehicle. I do not recall this man’s name either, but somehow all of the paperwork was mixed up. He had to go “find” my paperwork. Michael came but to tell me that finance was able to beat USAA’s interest rates and that I wouldn’t be waiting much longer. After about thirty minutes, I was passed off to Mason for the financial aspect of the sale. Mason said he would be right with me. After approximately twenty more minutes, I was passed back to Michael to complete the paperwork. I was told that my car was being cleaned and filled with fuel. I understand that I purchased a used car from your dealership, but the “cleaning” appeared to be simply a drive through wash. There was no attention to cleaning the running boards, windshield or windows. This purchase took three hours. Much longer than I had anticipated. Again, I had a wonderful dealing with Micah. Michael was friendly, as well. Overall, I would rank the dealership as a 2. It was not a wonderful experience for me. More
After almost a week of inquiries on a used Acura Integra Type S. I got no answers on it based on “We are too busy”. How can a Lexus dealership not help a customer or even passed it over to another person fo Type S. I got no answers on it based on “We are too busy”. How can a Lexus dealership not help a customer or even passed it over to another person for help? Was it because I was either out of state (NC), or I wasn’t interested in a Lexus model?? I know what it was, it was a Saturday and we were busy. That is “NOT AN EXCUSE”. Buy elsewhere if you want better customer service. More
I had the best car salesperson ever- Cade Edwards! ! I had reached out to 4 lexus dealership, Columbia was terrible & wouldn't return call- same with Augusta. Charlotte was better- BUT GREENVILLE gave ! I had reached out to 4 lexus dealership, Columbia was terrible & wouldn't return call- same with Augusta. Charlotte was better- BUT GREENVILLE gave top notch customer service- Cade went above & beyond trying to get this particular 24 IS 350 R sport. He kept us up to date almost daily. If you want to get a lexus & want to be treated right then go to Lexus of Greenville and ask for Cade! More
