Bosco is your go to! First Lexus ever! My family and I started to visit Lexus of Cool Springs months ago and Bosco introduced himself to me and my family. He will be my friend always. He never presssured me and my wife to make a purchase, instead he kept his ears opened to our need and best interest. Bosco and team worked diligently to get the monthly payment range to as close as what I wanted. Bosco was responsive to phone calls and emails/texts. When I received a phone call from Doug, I got excited because my wife I were able to agree to the monthly payment range they managed to get it down to. I am now just paying an additional $20 more a month for an awesome Lexus for trading in a Camry I once owned. I will buy my future next Lexus at Lexus of Cool Springs. The finance manager, Timothy was just amazing. Not only is he extremely nice and humble, he is honest and integral.
