Kris, the used salesperson, was non-pressure, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Jack, the business manager, was friendly and efficient; after spending some time the day before negotiating via phone and e-mail, we were in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. Bosco is your go to! First Lexus ever! My family and I started to visit Lexus of Cool Springs months ago and Bosco introduced himself to me and my family. He will be my friend always. He never presssured me and my wife to make a purchase, instead he kept his ears opened to our need and best interest. Bosco and team worked diligently to get the monthly payment range to as close as what I wanted. Bosco was responsive to phone calls and emails/texts. When I received a phone call from Doug, I got excited because my wife I were able to agree to the monthly payment range they managed to get it down to. I am now just paying an additional $20 more a month for an awesome Lexus for trading in a Camry I once owned. I will buy my future next Lexus at Lexus of Cool Springs. The finance manager, Timothy was just amazing. Not only is he extremely nice and humble, he is honest and integral. He was excited for my family and I on our new Lexus and made sure we got everything we needed before making the purchase. I had just met him for the first time and he has a place in my heart. More

Never will go there again .. Ok my thoughts about dealership is almost the same as some of the others .. I came by to check out a 2007 ES 350 which was described to me as a good c Ok my thoughts about dealership is almost the same as some of the others .. I came by to check out a 2007 ES 350 which was described to me as a good car ... When I finally got to see it I was shocked to see the car was not like it was described .. Paint was not good interior was almost completely wore out .Several gouge places in the seats and of course the seat covers are no longer available .. I then preceded to check out a 2012 Buick Enclave someone had traded it .. It looked good in appearance but needed some things replaced .. Tires where bald with almost no tread at all, front brakes where wore out and the rear was not much better , I was told that it went through one of their 141 service inspection to name what repairs needed to be done after I bought it .. The test drive seemed fine but I'm no mechanic but if I had been then I would have never bought the SUV in the first place . I have bought many used vehicles before but none like this one and not from this dealership .. The vehicle had the original transmission fluid, brake fluid, and antifreeze , fan belt, battery, was way out of alignment .. No service records could be found any where about the vehicle ..I really needed the vehicle for a road trip because my mother was having surgery in another state and I did not have much time to repairs before I left town . I mentioned this to the sales person and he assured me that there was not much wrong with it after their inspection .. I took it the next day to the GM dealership and gave them a list of things that needed to be done .. A few hours later the service advisor mentioned that I had a bad motor mount in front that needed to be replaced as well .. He said I could drive it for a little while but it would have to be changed in a few weeks or it would damage someone parts and possibly the transmission as well .. The estimate to replace the motor mount would b e around 700.00 .. I call my salesman up and told him about it and asked about their 141 pre service inspection and why they did not catch that .. He said he would talk ti over with the mechanics and get back with me .. The motor mount was leaking oil out of it and did not support the weight it was suppose to because it was wore out .. I knew that I would have to spend some money on the vehicle but not this much .. I would think that a dealership like lexus would take more pride in their use vehicles but this one did not . :( . So far I have spent almost 3000.00 dollars to get it where it should have been after their inspection .. No word from them about the amount of the repairs I had to do .. So I thought this review for them to help others know what to look out for when buying anything from them .. I might ad that I would never buy anything from them again !!! More
