Poor customer service Bought a used Lexus with a wheel that went flat after a week, replaced it with the spare tire which was also flat within 20 miles of driving with it. Then when calling the manager, he reminded me twice that he can't control the world and because I didn't buy the tire protection package that this isn't his fault. I also had my car towed there and the same manager told me that they can't just take my car to the service center without me physically checking my car into the service center. Then when complaining to the main manager, he went from deflecting my situation to asking me if I wanted a job at his dealership. More
