Do not let older buyers go on their own I'm not sure what's happened at this dealership, but I accompanied my mother (early 70s) to buy a new car. We've been a "Lexus family" for almost 20 I'm not sure what's happened at this dealership, but I accompanied my mother (early 70s) to buy a new car. We've been a "Lexus family" for almost 20 years. We had to wait an hour for the finance office to become available once we made the purchase decision and insisted that we didn't want to be sold any additional protections. I was told repeatedly that they were just "printing the forms." Ended-up being a bewildering mix of additional warranty options that basically implied that you could no longer count on reliability of Lexus cars. There was clearly an attempt to worry an older woman who was anxious about warranty coverage, etc. Be very careful. Do not let older buyers go on their own. More

Poor customer service Bought a used Lexus with a wheel that went flat after a week, replaced it with the spare tire which was also flat within 20 miles of driving with it. Bought a used Lexus with a wheel that went flat after a week, replaced it with the spare tire which was also flat within 20 miles of driving with it. Then when calling the manager, he reminded me twice that he can't control the world and because I didn't buy the tire protection package that this isn't his fault. I also had my car towed there and the same manager told me that they can't just take my car to the service center without me physically checking my car into the service center. Then when complaining to the main manager, he went from deflecting my situation to asking me if I wanted a job at his dealership. More
