A 5-Star experience and a wonderful Lexus to now drive. We couldn't be more pleased with the personal attention we got at this dealership, and how well we were treated by everyone on the staff. Doug had a terrific understanding of Lexus vehicles and made our transition very smooth. We will definitely recommend Doug Kevern and Lexus of Cool Springs, and likely return for future purchases. Wasted nearly 3 hours of my time after I drove 5 hours; low balling me on my trade only to post the vehicle on their website for nearly $11k over what they originally offered me. Then list the vehicle for nearly a 50% profit margin. They have a xxxxxxxx $1,000 non refundable deposit policy, which is how they hose folks from out of town because who wants to be out $1k on a vehicle they didn't purchase. It's the only reason a deal was finally struck. So much for the "I'm lucky to make 6% on anything we sell......" If you want to know what the vehicle is reach out; it's currently still in their inventory. Also, they're financing department is a joke. I spot checked interest rates before I made the travel time to Nashville from Indianapolis and found that my local bank was a solid 2% lower than Lexus financial. So to avoid financing through them I was told that I could bring my checkbook and write a check so long as I could verify my funds. That changed when I showed up that was no longer a valid method of payment. My guess is that the dealer is making incentives off of forcing finance through them.Make sure you have your knee pads when you do a deal here, you'll definitely be on the receiving end.. More

He listened to what I wanted and help guide me when building my RX. He made sure I was informed of the progress of the build and shipment over the 6 months. Once my car arrived, he made sure I understood all the features and felt comfortable in my new car. Graham was also a huge asset in making sure I was taken care of. When I arrived on a Friday at the appointment time, my assigned Service Consultant told me they would not able to address the warranty issue because they had to order a part. Note, he had promised to order the part when the appointment was set almost 2 months prior, but I discovered he failed to order the part at that time. Next issue included their failure to schedule my 10,000 mile service which was also part of the original appointment. I was told they could get to my car on Monday which meant I would have to leave the car over the weekend which I refused to do. I asked to see the service manager and he was able to address both issues. I was able to leave the service department that day. This treatment is NOT what I expect from a luxury brand and unless I have to return for a warranty issue, I do not plan to return for routine maintenance. More
