Very professional and one of the easiest purchases ever made. An LX470 appeared on the lot one weekend so I called Mr. Shell on Monday. My second suprise was how many one-owner used Lexus they had for sale. I used CARFAX to locate them because I wanted a perfect car and 87% of Lexus of Nashville's used inventory was one-owner, no damage cars. That was amazing and I checked every Lexus dealership in the whole South and no one else was even close. I flew in and they picked me up at the airport and when i arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go. Everyone made me feel comfortable and the car was even in better condition than I had hoped.
