We took our 2008 RX into Lexus of Nashville to look at trading it in on a 2012 RX. We were greeted in a monsoon with Josh carrying an umbrella. When they arranged for delivery, Josh even offered to deliver the new car to our home 110 miles away and pick up our trade at that time. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with Lexus of Nashville and our sales associate, Josh.
