Greg Morgan was my sales person and he did a very thorough job of explaining the car and addressing questions I had. I bought my previous Lexus from Tim Cochran, who is now the sales manager there. The people who work at this dealership seem to stay a while and are happy with the environment. I believe that experience translates into the consumer's purchasing experience, too. I also like that they have Vehicle Technology Specialists (I worked with Jeff Pitzer) to explain all the technology, etc. They do not do sales--all they do is explain the technology and you can schedule subsequent appointments if you have more questions (which I am going to do as the car has a lot of bells and whistles on it). We were treated with such great care at the Lexus dealership in Brentwood, TN. Greg and Steve took their time with us, even though we kept them there past open hours doing paperwork. He was a no "BS" person, and I never felt I was being "sold", only serviced in obtaining the car I wanted. I met with Terry quite a few times before I made my choice, and Terry always provided me with whatever information I was seeking to ultimately make my new car choice. After these visits it was obvious that both purchasing a Lexus, and working with Terry, were first-rate choices. I had originally thought that the new vehicle I wanted was on the lot, but realized after deciding that all of the accessories I wanted on the vehicle meant that I had to wait a little while before I could really get it. I was really disappointed, as I was renting an SUV and that would mean substantial extra cost. Terry and Lexus of Nashville bailed me out of that situation by offering me a loaner vehicle until mine came in. That meant no further Avis rental, and a big cost saving to me. Excellent!!! I like that he has a background in service, and he has been in touch since I bought my car and is available for any and all questions. I have already recommended him to friends who are car shopping. When I left with my new car, I was thinking I should write Josh a thank you note.
