We visited 5 other dealerships(2 toyotas, 1 honda, 1 hyundai, and 1 vw), all and would highly recommend this salesman/dealership/vehicle to everyone. We visited 5 other dealerships(2 toyotas, 1 honda, 1 hyundai, and 1 vw), all of which gave us the usual BS pitch on the cars we were looking at and we didn't appreciate it (trying to sell us extras we didn't want, or over emphasizing the enhancements of a vehicle to downplay the inadequacies). Josh gave us direct answers, and didn't try and hustle a deal we didn't want to make. We looked at the quality and the value of the cars we looked at and decided on the CT200H because it hit our price point and the value has been terrific (we've put 3500 miles on it thus far and the claimed mileage is remarkably easy to attain). The whole sales process was quick, easy, and very little fluff; they really knew when to not try and up-sell or give you information you could care less about. I've never been a Lexus owner before (mostly stuck with Ford and Toyota), but I'm definitely one now! More
