Greg Morgan was extremely helpful in getting the sale done. We first corresponded by email, and he let me know that they had a vehicle just like I wanted in the dealership. I had previously owned a Lexus so I knew about the quality and customer service. His finance guy was able to work out a good deal (better than what my bank offered). After agreeing on a price for the vehicle over the phone, we traveled to Nashville to complete the transaction and acquire our new vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, Greg was extremely accomodating and most importantly true to his word regarding the sale and trade in price. Greg and the rest of the Lexus team were informative and easy to deal with. Given they had exactly what I was looking for, they didn't need any high pressure tactics. Great experience. I knew what I wanted when I went into the dealership. Only improvement I could suggest is to let the potential buyer know the cost of the added warranty items before the serious negotiati the dealership. Our decision was down to the new Avalon or the ES 350. I had read all the automotive reports on both car over the past five or six months to get a general understanding of the good and bad things with both vehicles. Also, having a tech guy to spend the time going over all of the electronic features is a great added benefit. Every one I met was a cut above the normal dealership. More

The only reason I didn't give Customer Service a 5 is because when I first came by to look at cars, I looked around the lot for approximately 20 min., and not one sales person came out to help me. James and I were pleased with Lexus of Nashville. We had been to the dealership in Memphis but was not pleased with their service.
