2 hour oil change???? Went in to Lexus of Cool Springs for the first time to get my car serviced and it took 2+ hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had made an appointment thinking that would help speed the process up but it was obvious it made no difference because it took 40 minutes before my car was even looked at by the technicians. People were actually getting there after me and leaving before me, which I think is unacceptable. I understand they may have just gotten an oil change without the tire rotation but a tire rotation shouldn't cause such a huge difference in wait time. The people were friendly but I was a little disappointed there wasn't a discount offered, or at least a coupon for a future service since I had to wait so long. Overall I think the dealership is top notch but this visit left me with a poor taste in my mouth. More
