After contacting a few other dealers within a 500 mile radius, we reached out to this dealer. Bow Tie John responded professionally and promptly to every request and we were able to do the deal efficiently and without any pressure. When I got to the dealer after driving up from Memphis, I was promptly greeted and attended to. I literally was there for less than 2 hours. I cannot remember the last time it took such a short time to go through all the paperwork. I highly recommend John for his great service and follow up after the sale! More
Very disappointed customer We leased a brand new GX in December 2015. At the 10000 mile service, they changed the oil but didn't fill it all the way so we had to go back the next day to get it filled due the the low engine oil message. At 15,000 miles, my college-aged daughter took the car in to be serviced and get the oil changed. No oil was changed. Then, they replaced her windshield wiper blades on an 11 month old car when the warranty book states they'd inspect the blades and not replace. Also, they rotated her tires at both 10,000 and 15,000 miles, which I could have done for free. She was taken advantage of because she knew nothing about cars, and they knew that. Jim Johnson More

From John and Taylor in the service department to Terry in sales, everyone we came in contact with was definitely top tier. The service department rescued us in a strange town when we had a car failure, communicated timely and accurately, gave us a loaner auto so we wouldn't miss seeing our granddaughter. Then when we decided to purchase a new car, we met Terry who was awesome! He worked tirelessly to locate our 1st choice RX - color, features, etc. and today we are very happy and grateful customers! We highly recommend Cool Springs Lexus to everyone! More
Disappointing Service We bought a brand new GX in October 2015. Part of the purchase agreement was to have the dealership install roof racks and a tow hitch. After the items were installed, I followed my wife home from the dealership, only to notice that the exhaust tip was bouncing furiously off of the bottom of the bumper. As soon as we got home, I looked under the car to see what was going on and to my surprise, the dealership forgot to fasten the exhaust pipe back to the vehicle after they installed the tow hitch. Granted this was a relatively easy thing for me to fix but it was frustrating that the dealership didn't do a thorough job. Not to mention, how much damage the vehicle could have incurred had I not followed my wife home that day. Two days later my wife complained that she was hearing a rattling sound from the roof when she drove on the freeway. So, I took a drive myself to see what was going on and sure enough the racks were not fastened securely. Thus causing them to rattle every time we exceeded 60 miles per hour. I had to personally take the racks off and re-install them myself to ensure that they were secure. The two things I needed the "professionals" to do, weren't done correctly. Very frustrating for this so called "Lexus service experience" they sold us when purchasing the car. Today, I finally decided to write this review because of the poor customer service I received when dropping off our car for the 10,000 mile maintenance. I had reserved a loaner car (another perk for their "Lexus service experience") but when I got there, they told me that my USAA insurance card was not valid because it didn't have an effective date on it. I don't know about anyone else but I don't get a new insurance card for my wallet every time my automotive insurance renews (bi-annually). The service member simply told me "This card won't do, I'm sorry, It's a corporate policy and I don't know what to tell you". I simply told them to forget it and called a friend for a ride. I've been an Acura owner for 16 years and never had one single issue with their service department. We went to Lexus thinking we'd get better service. I think we made a mistake. Please know that I don't think Lexus vehicles are bad but this dealership service department needs a serious lesson in customer service if they don't want to damage the Lexus' reputation. More

Great service from start to finish Greg Morgan called me and told me that he had the car that I wanted. 2 hour oil change???? Went in to Lexus of Cool Springs for the first time to get my car serviced and it took 2+ hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had made an appointment thinking that would help speed the process up but it was obvious it made no difference because it took 40 minutes before my car was even looked at by the technicians. People were actually getting there after me and leaving before me, which I think is unacceptable. I understand they may have just gotten an oil change without the tire rotation but a tire rotation shouldn't cause such a huge difference in wait time. The people were friendly but I was a little disappointed there wasn't a discount offered, or at least a coupon for a future service since I had to wait so long. Overall I think the dealership is top notch but this visit left me with a poor taste in my mouth. More
