Never will go there again .. Ok my thoughts about dealership is almost the same as some of the others .. I came by to check out a 2007 ES 350 which was described to me as a good c Ok my thoughts about dealership is almost the same as some of the others .. I came by to check out a 2007 ES 350 which was described to me as a good car ... When I finally got to see it I was shocked to see the car was not like it was described .. Paint was not good interior was almost completely wore out .Several gouge places in the seats and of course the seat covers are no longer available .. I then preceded to check out a 2012 Buick Enclave someone had traded it .. It looked good in appearance but needed some things replaced .. Tires where bald with almost no tread at all, front brakes where wore out and the rear was not much better , I was told that it went through one of their 141 service inspection to name what repairs needed to be done after I bought it .. The test drive seemed fine but I'm no mechanic but if I had been then I would have never bought the SUV in the first place . I have bought many used vehicles before but none like this one and not from this dealership .. The vehicle had the original transmission fluid, brake fluid, and antifreeze , fan belt, battery, was way out of alignment .. No service records could be found any where about the vehicle ..I really needed the vehicle for a road trip because my mother was having surgery in another state and I did not have much time to repairs before I left town . I mentioned this to the sales person and he assured me that there was not much wrong with it after their inspection .. I took it the next day to the GM dealership and gave them a list of things that needed to be done .. A few hours later the service advisor mentioned that I had a bad motor mount in front that needed to be replaced as well .. He said I could drive it for a little while but it would have to be changed in a few weeks or it would damage someone parts and possibly the transmission as well .. The estimate to replace the motor mount would b e around 700.00 .. I call my salesman up and told him about it and asked about their 141 pre service inspection and why they did not catch that .. He said he would talk ti over with the mechanics and get back with me .. The motor mount was leaking oil out of it and did not support the weight it was suppose to because it was wore out .. I knew that I would have to spend some money on the vehicle but not this much .. I would think that a dealership like lexus would take more pride in their use vehicles but this one did not . :( . So far I have spent almost 3000.00 dollars to get it where it should have been after their inspection .. No word from them about the amount of the repairs I had to do .. So I thought this review for them to help others know what to look out for when buying anything from them .. I might ad that I would never buy anything from them again !!! More

Poor service I bought a used BMW from this dealership. First of all, they are not knowledgeable on BMW - they are useless actually. Any question no matter how simp I bought a used BMW from this dealership. First of all, they are not knowledgeable on BMW - they are useless actually. Any question no matter how simple is returned with "look it up on your owner's manual." They sell them, but don't care to service them. Also, they promised free car wash but apparently this was a lie. Either they changed the rules, or the employees are randomly making up rules. If the former, I deserve a refund; if the latter, somone should be disciplined! More

Not once did the service rep confirm my contact info. I spoke to him in the service dept and I called to verify how long it would take. When I called he stated that my car has a recall (airbags). Yes, I already knew. He said they can fix it but would take longer. I was fine with that. After waiting for them to call, I returned to the dealership at 5:30-ish and was told, "Oh I didn't have your phone number and couldn't call you." They had my car ALL afternoon and all that was done was the oil change. No tire rotation, no info in the computer. Also no car wash. I've had stellar service from Lexus in another state and I can tell you that they didn't even come close. I'll be shopping for a new dealership. More

Jose Duenas spent hours helping us find the best choice to fit our needs. He, along with Bob and Jack stayed over long after the dealership had closed at 7 pm on Saturday in order to take care of the paperwork and send us home in our 2015 Lexus Certified RX350 !! We have never been happier about the vehicle we chose and the support Jose gave us in finding what was best for us. Before you buy your next vehicle, you owe it to yourself to visit Jose and find out why I took the time to post this message! You'll be glad you did !!! More

Lousy service My wife had an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change. She didn't get out of there until 5pm, 6 and a half hours later. She took a loaner from 10:30 My wife had an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change. She didn't get out of there until 5pm, 6 and a half hours later. She took a loaner from 10:30 to 2pm, assuming that surely her oil change would be done by 2, then sat there until 5 waiting for the car. We have owned 4 Lexus cars and our service from our Illinois dealer was great, but this dealer has always been poor. My wife's next car won't be a Lexus. More
