Dealership doesn't recognize the December to remember financing that is advertised didn't know this until I was filling out paperwork I will be refinancing ASAP. I purchased from this dealership a few months back, and overall, my experience was pleasant. Although I was buying out of state, which did present some challenges, the dealership did their part to ensure I overall, my experience was pleasant. Unprofessional leadership at the Cool Springs location. They don't care about their employees or the work they're putting in. If you're not in the brown nose clique, you'll get treated terribly. Service advisors think they're the greatest thing that walked the lot all because they're more focused on the dollar sign, not your car, not your out of pocket costs, not what the the are making, it's all about them. They will screw anyone over to keep a good survey and not lose their monthly bonuses. Just don't go to this dealer or Nashville. 2-3 months out on appointments. They'll also offer you some ridiculous offer for your car when you're trying to get it maintenance. She'll put a letter in your car with her business card saying she's a new TX owner herself (probably driving a broke down 98 Nissan). Can't trust this place. Their new techs come Ford, Home Depot or Fisherprice. Oh and let's not forget the advisor in the lane in her yellow pajamas and high heels. Get up late? You want unprofessional, go here. You want a luxury experience where you buy luxury cars, this isn't the dealership for you. Lexus needs to get new leadership in this building, up to the GM. More

Customer service sucks! We bought our new Lexus here and they have no service consideration after warranty ended! I am a senior citizen and my battery needed replacing. We were informed it would be a 2 week wait to get an appt. To have the battery replaced. 2 weeks! When my husband called to beg to be worked in or given a sooner appt, the service advisor flippantly offered us another appt almost 4 weeks away! I know he must have been being sarcastic, but it was not funny…since I was having to jumpstart my car daily at random places. I decided to call Lexus of Nashville and they worked us in the next day! They even washed my Lexus before pickup…something Lexus of Cool Springs never did since we purchased the car new there. More
