Poor Service Didn't fix the problem the first time and the problem they wanted to fix didn't have anything to do with the original problem. I purcchased a battery Didn't fix the problem the first time and the problem they wanted to fix didn't have anything to do with the original problem. I purcchased a battery from the parts department a few days earlier and they wouldn't to tell me I had a battery problem. After telling the service department I had just purchased a new battery from their parts department they had me come in to prove it rather than verifying it from the parts department. Plus I still had the new battery box in my trunk but that wasn't good enough, I had to bring in a receipt. The actual problem with the car ended up being a new computer part. I could only obtain the part from a Lexus dealer and I feel ripped off -- total bill over $900.00! More
