Monday/Tuesday service was exellent in every way Bill Hammond was as good as possible with his recommendations and timetables. Do Not Purchase Your Car Here go to Other Lexus Dealership!! I have been negotiating with the new car sales person since Friday. Long story short, I made an appointment to make the final deal on W Dealership!! I have been negotiating with the new car sales person since Friday. Long story short, I made an appointment to make the final deal on Wednesday. Mine you, I have to drive up 1Hr away each way. Got there and the car wasn't available. "Car was sold over The Weeknd" After all weekend we have a conversation and talk about the numbers of the car. I got there and now the sales person is trying to sell me the more expensive and newer car. We haggle more and I left the dealership without a new car and pissed off, because the dealership can't even give me a courtesy call and try to trick me to buy the more expensive car. Worst Lexus dealership!!! I should've read yelp and other reviews before have to spend half of the day just to feel tricked, pissed off and dissatisfied. More
