Lexus of concord LIED to me when I purchased my used car. They told me they would give me new tires back in Sept 2019, but found out in October 2020 that they actually did NOT install new tires. In the end t They told me they would give me new tires back in Sept 2019, but found out in October 2020 that they actually did NOT install new tires. In the end they did the right thing and installed 4 new tires. More

Since 2016 when I first visited Lexus of Concord, they have always taken very good care of my car and kept me well informed. The issue was explained well and addressed. I’ve been a lexus customer for many years I’ve bought 3 cars over the years and I’ve always love the service I received but this time I wasn’t happy all my services guys who knew me are all gone my car was cars over the years and I’ve always love the service I received but this time I wasn’t happy all my services guys who knew me are all gone my car wasn’t detailed to my liking windows had spots and my service guy was just ok. I asked him to see if he could buff out some scratches and when I picked up my car no mention. So sorry all my guys aren’t there anymore. More
Very disappointed. Bought certified vehicle two weeks ago and having issue on front end pulling on right side. Service claimed they fixed the problem but when I left dealership still same issue. Called back spoke to service advisor and I was told there's nothing they could do about it,so I called corporate office to file complained why these dealership refused to continue working on my car. Emily was excellent to work with during my recent visit. It turned out that my Lexis, right rear door lock actuator was defective. The warranty expired approx 2 weeks prior to the lock going out. visit. It turned out that my Lexis, right rear door lock actuator was defective. The warranty expired approx 2 weeks prior to the lock going out. Emily was able to get Lexis to replace the lock /labor at no cost to me. More
Excellent and prompt customer service. Even though my vehicle needed additional work (which I plan to do myself) I really appreciated that they didn't try to aggressively push me towards doing it.
