The tire person came in right away and said I need two new tires. His attitude was very sales.ey. He said they were completely worn and handed me an estimate. Also said he would price match. I googled the tires while there and they were $200 less everywhere. He also wanted to charge me to mount and rotate them while the other man I was working with in service said it’s included in my service. I went to big o tires after and they said I so don’t need new tires at all. I’m not coming back! If you treat women this way! More

Although I opted not purchase any extras, I really appreciated the fact he respected my decision and did not try to oversell or make any gestures to indicate I was making a wrong decision; for the sake of making the dealership more money.
