The finance manage lied to me on several points. He told that the finance rate would be 2%. I signed an electronic contract as he would not show a printed copy. He told me that the $3000 ceramic coating was applied to the exterior and the interior as well as the wheels, I was roped off! The finance manager told me that the oil must be changers every 5000 miles and that the oil filter alone was $150! I was convinced to by a pre-paided service only later after reading the owners manual that oil changes are at 10,000 miles and the first one is free from Lexus. And then I was sold an extended warranty for 2 additional years for $3200! I do not recommend Lexus of Concord at all. More
