Not every Lexus dealership/service dept is the same! I recently had AAA tow my IS to the nearest dealership when the car left me stranded in Daly City. The next morning they call me back and give me a $1400 estimate to do the repair. To me it seemed a bit unreasonable. So I called Lexus of Concord (my usual service dealer) for price check just to be sure. The repair estimate was significantly less. Needless to say, I had my car towed from the one dealership directly to the folks at Lexus of Concord and saved myself several hundred dollars! I couldn’t be happier. 😊 They always treat me and my cars with compassion and respect. More
