Everyone was very professional, There is a nice waiting area with refreshments and restrooms. They set me up with a great loaner while my older model Lexus was in the shop. Service Rep Nok Carvallo was present right on time scheduled for ES 300h regular service. I was informed about the work to be done, and after exactly two hours it was completed to my satisfaction, and scheduled for ES 300h regular service. I enjoy taking my vehicles to Lexus of Concord and working with Service Advisor Nick Carvalho. The 10,000 mile service schedule was performed and the vehicle was finished in a hour and a half. Poorly ran dealership with the unfriendly staff some bordering on incompetent. I went in for a service and was looking to get details on their new line up of new cars and sales people would not even ma bordering on incompetent. I went in for a service and was looking to get details on their new line up of new cars and sales people would not even maintain eye contact or say hello. Is this the sales of the future? My car was serviced and mechanic ended up leaving huge Phillips screw driver under the hood. I’m glad I checked otherwise could have caused damage. Also they want me to pay almost $300 to diagnosis a mystery leak they have no idea where it’s coming from. Also nothing on my garage floor. No thank you! More
