I decided to come to Lexus at Clearwater because a friend told me they worked with Shaun in service and he treated her right. It is hard to find that kind of treatment when having car trouble as a woman. He told me they worked with Shaun in service and he treated her right. I ended up at the Lexus dealership due to my previous Lexus needing service for several recall items. I was very displeased with how my situation was handled. So when I returned to pick up my car, afte Lexus needing service for several recall items. I was very displeased with how my situation was handled. So when I returned to pick up my car, after Lexus had the car for 2 weeks, I asked to speak with a Manager. Al Hanson greeted me and we went to his office so I could explain my displeasure with Lexus for the past two years. Since he was fairly new to this location (came in FEB), he was unaware of what the history was with my car. He reviewed the history on the computer so he could relate to what i was telling him and agreed to help me out on (1) of the charges that I was being charged for. In the 2 1/2 years I have had the car, it has had 5 recalls and I explained how uncomfortable I was with this car and had mentioned to the my Service man the last time i was there I would be interested in speaking with a Sales person. Never happened. Well this time Al made it happen.He introduced me to Graham Pearce. I explained that I would like to hear what they had on the lot for newer cars in the same model that I already have, particularly the interior. He did some checking and found a few that we went and looked at. The next 4 hours I was with him, he kept me abreast to what was happening in finding me another car and gathered my information to see what he could do. He never left me sitting there unattended for more than 10-15 minutes. I explained this wasn't my first car buying and I know the ropes of how it is done. Gave him my perimeters and said if you can do it we have a deal. I will not sit here and barter for hours to make it work. It took 2 times to get it right, (working out the options) and I was signing paperwork and out the door to drive away in my new car. Graham even came out to the new car and helped me program my phone to the car since this was a new option. I have received 4 phone calls from Lexus, including 2 from Graham following up on the my car. I would definitely say Lexus stepped up to the plate and handed me the excellent service they strive for and advertise. i look forward to driving me new car for years without any issues or worries. I called Lexus and asked for service. Phil answered. After I told him my problem, he said to bring my car right in. They put it on a lift while I waited to determine what was leaking. Since I had had a rebuilt radiator installed less than a year ago he gave me an option of another rebuilt, since it was under warranty, or a new one (taking the price of the rebuilt one off the total). I opted for the latter. It had to be ordered, so I made an appointment to come back and was given a brand new Lexus RX300 loaner. Meanwhile, David Craig had called me to see if I was interested in having Lexus buy my 1999 RX300. Although a new Lexus is in my future, I explained to David that now wasn't the time. There was no pressure. I got my Lexus back (I've had her since she was only 7 miles old--now over 156,000 miles old) and life is good. Oh, and there was no labor charge. Now, that doesn't happen. My next car will be a Lexus and I will go to Lexus of Clearwater to purchase it. More
Just recently, during a visit from Sarasota, my vehicle started making noises that were not normal. I took it in to Lexus to get it looked at and Mark was my service writer. He was very conscientious of my started making noises that were not normal. I took it in to Lexus to get it looked at and Mark was my service writer. He was very conscientious of my concerns and did a thorough job inspecting and pricing out the job for me. It ended up that I needed front brakes. Without a doubt working with Mike is the best auto service experience I have ever had. In fact, during my last visit just a couple weeks ago I told him I will be a Lexus owner for life. I first met Peter when I leased my Lexus RX350 four years ago. He made my purchase/lease transaction smooth and enjoyable and I felt great after leaving Lexus of Clearwater that day. What makes Peter and his dealership most special in their field is the continued service throughout the lease and even beyond the lease expiration date. I decided to do a lease buyout which once again Peter made very easy as he explained to us exactly how it works and what we needed to do. I really have enjoyed working with him over the past 4 1/2 years and would defiantly recommend him to anyone even just thinking of buying a Lexus. Peter is very courteous, friendly, patient, funny and a true pleasure to work with. At the time of my lease buyout he promised me a full detail of my car as a bonus for working with his dealership. I just took him up on the offer yesterday and was truly amazed by how well my car was cleaned, I really never had anyone clean it that well before and it feels brand new again. To top it all off, he even filled my gas tank to full again. Who could ask for better customer service than what I received at Lexus of Clearwater and Peter Viggiano. I will be going back to see Peter when I am ready for my next car! More
Over the past year and a half I have been to Lexus of Clearwater on 6 occasions, for service on my 2003 Lexus RX300. On my first visit, while waiting for my car to be serviced, I met Roger. Honestly, have never considered going to a dealership to be an enjoyable experience and would normally have my husband make the trip. But after meeting Roger actually looked forward to subsequent visits. Roger is King of Customer Service!!!!!! Not only is he professional and knowledgable he genuinely cares for the customer. On 8/4/2012, both my husband and I went for another scheduled service and while waiting were looking at cars on the lot. Finding one of interest, I immediately went to front desk and asked for Roger. We are now the proud owners of a Lexus RX350. Roger made the entire buying experience pleasurable and even came in the following day (his day off)to ensure delivery of the vehicle to us.
