I have been a Lexus customer for the last 16 years and, as usual, the customer service was excellent! Eric was my rep for most of those years and was and is fantastic. He always explained whatever was need as usual, the customer service was excellent! Eric was my rep for most of those years and was and is fantastic. He always explained whatever was needed right away and what could be expected down the road. We could not have chosen a better car or a better dealership and we lucked out being assigned to Eric. While the service people were friendly enough, they were not able to diagnose my problem. They don’t even wash the exterior when bringing in for service like the Ford dealership does with my F-150. I was scheduled for a replacement key for my Lexus. After an hour passed, I was informed that they did not have any keys available and I would have to make another appointment. The service on my vehicle was performed as expected. The dealer kept my car overnight. It was picked up with a full tank of gas however, returned the next day with 1/2 tank.
